Debroah Livingstong was born in Uptown Khazan City about 28 years ago. Her father, a billionaire supporter of the Syndicate, spent all the money he didn't give to the syndicate on her. She was spoiled rotten from birth. Though he paid an expensive amount of money for her to learn many traits, she showed her most interest in Chess. Reading the opponents many moves ahead excited her. She enjoyed to attempt and predict the out come and then counter with a triumph which left the contestant bamboozled. She spent many years being home tutored and reading many books. Her father from time to time used her foresight in his business ventures. She was undoubtedly daddies little girl.

However, not to long ago her father was off on business somewhere in Khazan for The Syndicate Team Captain. What exactly that business was is still unknown. Debroah, on the other hand, was attempting to arrange a sit down with The Syndicate Team Lieutenant. She met her once in the past when her father was introduced to her. It was brief and not much was said but the 1st impression left an impact on Deborah. She realized then she too wanted to be a woman of success. So, she started putting in some calls and started the wheels turning for a sit down. Doubtful she would get it and thought more than likely she would have to start at the bottom, she returned to her chess tutor for another game. A few min's later a call comes in. It was a friend of her fathers, Judge Sam Ryda. Her father had many people in his pocket. Judge Ryda was only one of a few, but, Sam had been around a while and Debroah half trusted him. He told her of the news he had just received from a K.C.P.D officer friend of theirs. Alexander "Cash" Livingstong, her father, had been murdered by a Reaver. The expected questions entered her mind, why, how, where, but the only one she asked was: who. The witness who told the officer vanished only to be found dead two days later. The "who" was not going to be answered by him. So Debroah returned to her chess tutor for one last game.

"You have taught me many things, and I thank you. Nonetheless, there is one lesson you did not teach me. You did not teach me to control my anger. You taught me to avoid it, and keep focus, but never showed me how to control it if I so chose to use it. And now the time has come that I must defeat you with the anger you tried so hard to keep caged." He said nothing, set up the pieces and begun the game. Forty-eight moves later Deborah paused two moves from checkmate. She extended her hand to offer him a draw. He declined. She stood up, pulled out a gun and just before shooting him between his eyes said: "For the crime of secretly giving information to the Reavers, you have been judged". Debroah "Judgment" Livingstong took all of her father's wealth and invested it in weapons, weapons training and war preparation. She made up her mind. If the one Reaver can not pay the price of her father's death, then they all will. "It is not revenge I am after, for revenge won't bring my father back. I am out to execute them; for they have been judged".

Personality: Born into wealth, Judgment knew little about struggle before her father's death. She was spoiled and received anything she wanted. Ironically, this did not make her a brat. She rarely asked her father for anything and when she did, it was something which they both enjoyed. Mainly do to the fact he gave her everything without having being asked anyway. In her early youth, she was a princess, a daddies little girl, and, as innocent as a criminals daughter could be. Not these days though. Since her father's death, Judgment has set out to triple her father's empire. She wants money, and, she wants it in blood. She isn't simply going out there doing extortions and robberies. She has been destroying the business and homes of any Reaver she has come in knowledge of. She wants to not only completely eradicate the Reavers from the face of Khazan, but, she wants to obliterate all the followers, supporters, friends, family and associates of the Reavers. While of course, taking over everything they own to increase her net worth.

Grand Master

From the age of three, Deborah was being taught chess. Once she beat her chess tutor, her father would fire him and hire another, continually upgrading her lessons and her teachers. One of the falling teachers was a grand master and a scholar. He was the first to introduce her to Sun Tzu, Niccolo Machiavelli, Aristotle, Alexander and Decimus Meridius. She then went on her own to learn people such as Genghis Kahn, Shaka Zulu, Apocalypse, Galactics and Thanos; just to mention a few of a countless amount. Her lessons and readings of war were and are massive. She doesn't just think like a chess master, she is.

MarksWoman

Judgment didnt just study chess and historic figures of war. She also spent a lot of her free time in her father's research lab. It was the kind of place you see when watching a James Bond film, except, Q would be considered an underclassmen amongst this bunch. So she spent whatever time she could practicing her aim with many different weapons in the shooting range. They used her sometimes for testing. You know, they figured if a women can shoot it, then it would be easy for a man. But even that line of thinking didn't last. They quickly realized she was not only handling the "soft" guns but the "big boys" too. And handling was a understatement. She was wielding them very accurately. Indeed, those hours of practice paid off. Before her father's death, she had won every Aiming contest at the "Hunters for Life" club. Twelve years in a row. A marksman? No, A markswoman.

Inheritance

  • Power: Weapons Creation
  • Level:Ultimate
  • Ranged and Melee Attack! Attack is equally effective at range and up close.
It's true, money can't buy love, but, it can kill it and burn it in hell. Besides, it isn't love she wants to buy; her heart is far to frozen now to even understand the meaning. All of her father's wealth was passed down to her. She in turn passed it to the research lab, which then in turn produced more products and more destruction. Her inheritance has been spent on three things: More money, more power, and more weapons. Give a criminal an endless supply of wealth and a team of loyal super geeks and witness the genocide of his enemies. No, money cant buy love, but, it can buy anything else.

Frequency Fence

An invasive mind control technology known as a "Frequency Fence" is slated for implementation onto global society ASAP. This Frequency Fence is a bio-neurological, electromagnetic induced form of mind control which will block your higher sensory abilities. A literal "perceptual harness" or "mental prison" will be built around you without you even knowing it is happening, and the scariest part is, your five senses will not alert to you that anything is wrong.

All electrical power generating stations and the appliances that draw power from them will be utilized as a carrier for this electromagnetic distortion. The human body has a natural immunity against such invasion, which the instigators of this technology will repress by introducing a certain organic, elemental compound into the world's water supply, and by transmitting specific wave spectrums of light directly into the human optical faculties. Technologies such as broadcast television, and the internet, will be utilized to transmit the specific wave spectrums of light.

Further invasive programming will be subliminally carried through all radio broadcasts and through the cellular and digital telephone network of towers worldwide. This will serve to enhance this bio-neurological invasion even further. After 6 years, this Frequency Fence will cause a genetic mutation to manifest in the collective human gene pool which will be passed down through pro-creation, thereby permanently scarring humanity.

There is no known technological defense against this invasion and there will be no place to hide. This technology will block your higher sensory abilities which will serve to limit your human potential. The blockage of human intuition or your "gut instinct" will be just one of many natural abilities which will be impeded. Another will be your ability to commune with your "Higher Self" or God, systematically cutting you off from your God Source. This is a system that is so insidious that even the elite will be deceived even though some components of this global mind control system are being created by that very elite. Another aspect of this bio-neurological invasion will be the creation and implementation of "Holographic Inserts" by 2006. It involves a technology so advanced that three-dimensional reality can be artificially manufactured and inserted right over your present reality scene in a seamless fashion so you will be unable to determine where organic reality ends, and manipulated, artificial reality begins. This could be compared to the "holo-deck" on the popular television series, Star Trek - The Next Generation, only in this case it's not science fiction.
