 | Scott Heliy is from a long lineage of scientists. His father was a world renown scientist and inventor, as well as his father. Scott's father invented a device that would allow people to travel back and forth through time. Scott decided that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps by also becoming a scientist and inventor, so he enrolled into the Thylik School of Science and Technology when he was 24. After graduating from the school with a perfect 4.0 average, Heliy went on to open up his own laboratory. Many people from around the world applied to work with Dr. Heliy, but only a few were accepted. One of the accepted patrons was a man known only as Big Daddy Fresh. Fresh applied for a different reason though; he had just gotten into a fight with Thylik's ruler The Evil Lord Ghed, and was transformed into a seven foot mutant thing. He asked Heliy if he could make a cure for him, but along the way he accidentally mixed the chemicals together wrong and made an explosive potion. Big Daddy Fresh was not happy about this and ended up going berserk, because he found out that Heliy was Ghed's uncle. Fresh thought that Heliy was sticking up for his nephew and trashed Heliy's lab that cost millions of dollars to build. After he was done with the lab, he went seeking for the inventor himself. Heliy decided that he wanted to escape. He went to his father's lab, and re-configured the time machine so that it would transport him to another planet. Heliy just pressed the start button not knowing where it would send him, and ended up landing in Khazan where he then set up a new lab. Heliy changing a bit from his non-harmful persona went to the Khazan Arena where he wants to send a message. That message..."DO NOT MESS WITH DR. HELIY." |

This is a very ancient ring, bearing the crest of a sharp-eyed falcon. Empowered with spiritual energy, it was created ages ago by a small sect of knowledge-seeking priests who prized a sharp eye, sharp mind and the ability to solve mysteries. As such, the ring grants great detective skills. However, it doesn't work in a Bar Fight ('cause the wearer should have known better to begin with).

Dr. Heliy attended the Thylik School of Science and Technology to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming an inventor. Heliy was the best student at the school ever, graduating at the top of his class with a degree in Technological Advancement for Society. Since graduating, he as gone on to invent many things for the better advancement of the human race, like a cure for cancer and a security device that will prevent break-ins to any place.

When Dr. Heliy was trying to help Big Daddy Fresh turn out of a mutant, he was mixing together a solution, but mixed two of the components together wrong. Therefore, instead of having a cure for mutation, he now has an exploding potion. Dr. Heliy made enough of the solution to make 10 bottles of the substance.

While Fresh was hunting him, Heliy decided that it would be a good idea to build a utility belt that shocks people in close combat, when Heliy is in danger. If Fresh had caught him, the belt would send out electricity to shock him and release Heliy. This would give him enough time to get away.

When Big Daddy Fresh decided that he was not happy with Heliy, Fresh went berserk and was going to trash his lab. Dr. Heliy was already experimenting with a solution to hide full labs and other buildings, but it would take too much time to cover his lab with the solution. Heliy then decided to pour the concoction on his lab coat turning him invisible to escape the wrath of Big Daddy Fresh.

While Dr. Heliy was preparing his lab coat with an invisible element, he also decided that it would be a good idea to put some sort of armor into it as well. He figured it would be a good idea...just in case the worst happened. The armor that Heliy put into the coat is of an ancient metal, Yuiolh-44, which can only be found in certain places. Heliy just happened to have some for experimental purposes and put it in his coat. The armor is very strong because the metal is rare and hard.
