Stolen at Birth, Vincent Syko was then thrust into a series of tests and mutations that lasted for twenty years. From these mutations he gained the power to create Hallucinations in any person he chose, Hallucinations that are so real they have the potential to either cause damage, or to heal.

After escaping through the use of these mental powers he vowed a war on humanity for creating him as there greatest weapon, and there greatest regret.

Although technically unaligned, The government that created him has labeled him a villain, and constantly sends heroes to combat and defeat him. He is an isolationist that chooses to avoid people whenever he can and when a hero comes into his territory, he is willing to defend it with lethal force.
