the shadow detective was once a man named Cole Grady. He was a regular detective solving cases and murders. one day while on a case his partner and girl friend were murderd. Out for revenge he tracked down the killer and killed him. After this he was wanted by the fbi,and police for mudering him. When he was being chased someone shot him in the back twice and fell down a river. He was claimed dead but his body was not found. four hours later Cole washed ashore a beach and was found by a man. When Cole awoken he was inside a run down power plant. When he met the man who brought him there the man said i want to teach you how to be the best detective in the world. after months of intense training he became the shadow detective.

The shadow is a nice guy but if you get on his bad side well he can be pretty harsh.
