Ryo Snorkelpuss was born on a planet full of lizardlike savages. Even at an early age, he detested the primitive and violent nature of his planet. One fortuitous day, a med ship crashed on his planet. Snorkelpuss helped the medical personnell in exchange for a way off the planet. He was taken aboard and quickly absorbed as much knowledge as he could about medicine and anatomy. He befriended a nurse who helped him enroll into a prominent medical facility. There, he became a full fledged physician and also studied genetics. From there, he thanked his friends and professors and went on to work as the medical officer onboard the ship PLT HODGESON where he still works now. He created the ship's organic shuttles and also what he calls "the perfect pet" aka Skippy. The pet is a horrifying little monster that attaches to the faces of those it likes, gnaws on the faces of those it hates, and no matter who it attaches to, excretes the Doctor's favorite scent (keep reading). Dr. Snorkelpuss has visited Earth once and was promptly maced. Snorkelpuss enjoyed the "fragrance" and uses it whenever he can-- much to the dismay of the crew. Interested in learning more of Earth's culture, Dr. Snorkelpuss tried to study the FPL and was unwittingly drawn into the fights.

With JBG now running Kill-o-Matic BIGG GUNNS now, he was able to convince Sissy to help the KOMBG R&D Department to refine and improve the famous H.T.T.S.B.R.Y.B.S.R.E.C. Ray GUNN (Holier-Than-Thou-Sin-Buster-Repent-You-Bloody-Sinners-Repent-Evil-Crushing Ray GUNN) that JBG helped make so famous during his tenor in the ring. As a means to advertise this new and improved model, KOMBG has donated one to the FPL to be used as a grand prize. This rifle fires off Mystical bolts of energy that can pierce any non-reinforced armour with ease.

Rumbling Reptile

Dr. Snorkelpuss has the natural weapons inherent in his race, large tail with spikes, razor sharp teeth, claws, etc. Being "civilized," however, he can't use them at the skill level his brethren can. He's not a total slouch, though.

Dr. Snorkelpuss always wears his favorite scent, mace. It doesn't affect him, but if it comes in contact with others, it hurts them to the point they lose their edge in battle. It only has one chance to work, however, since if it doesn't work then, during the battle, it loses its potency. Also, it's possible the opponent is immune to the mace.

Physician heal thyself!

Dr. Snorkelpuss, being an accomplished physician can pull off miracles with his dinky travel-med kit. He can heal from most injuries given enough time. However, if he loses the kit his healing abilities are almost inconsequential. Also, he has a limited supply of well... supplies, so he can only heal himself up to ten times per battle.

 

Lizard Climb

Dr. Snorkelpuss is made for climbing. With pads on his feet and sharp claws, he can climb just like his smaller Earthen family. Uh... where would he climb in a desert?
