This Amazo treated dozens of Green Lanterns like they were pests, teleported Oa into another dimension with basically a blink of an eye and broke through the entire Justice League's defense(including the likes of Superman, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Orion etc) with great ease. It was more like Amazo didn't have a way to counter Chaos magic and that he could copy the powers of anyone he fought as long as he could scan them (except for Chaos Magic Grundy, apparently). He didn't need to copy any other heroes' powers by the time of his second appearance for the most part, but none of that could apparently help him against Chaos Magic Grundy, though.
