Y'all got any pointers for creating some secondary characters to be used in supporting roles in my arc, Earth VC86? A few bullet points if you missed my last match They are former Italian Special Forces ops They where imprisoned as war criminals in Libya before being rescued by a team led by Anthony Gallen on behalf of Tommy Vercetti with help from Mike Toreno. I plan on having them as supporting characters as well as training Tommy's wiseguys. Any thoughts and input is welcome. Thank you in advance.
This is not directly connected to my other Gallen Vs Gunmen match but is in the same universe. As the blackjack game ran its coarse a business deal was reached between the three, with Tommy pocketing another million in winnings. The deal included the three gangs staying out of each others turf, with the Russian Mafia setting up business operations in areas of Liberty City outside of Leone control as well as gaining a tight hold on Carcer City. The Russians also begin distributing drugs from Tommy's partners in their areas along with selling cheap smuggled Russian guns to Tommy and Salvatore's gang. Many Leone wiseguys taking a liking to the Saiga shotguns sold to them by Russian arms dealers. MEANWHILE IN LIBYA A team of Italian Special Forces under a Black Op for NATO in Libya committed a series of grizzly war crimes including killing a town full of Libyan civilians and due to this are left for dead by NATO command during the intervention and captured by Libyan officials, they are awaiting trail and likely execution when Intelligence Agent Mike Toreno he forwards this information to Tommy Vercetti. He sees the value in having such elite level members of his organization and with Toreno's help makes contact via coded messages and they agree, if Tommy can arrange a rescue they will work for Tommy in Vice City and anywhere else their help is needed. Tommy makes another deal with Gallen once he gets back from Cuba as the civil war rages in Cuba. Tommy telling Gallen he can make more money if he can lead a team of wiseguys and mercenaries into the small prison near the Libyan coast and rescue the Black Ops team. Gallen eagerly agrees. He arms himself with an suppressed Škorpion SMG, a Glock 17 pistol, his trademark sword and combat knife. The two wiseguys joining the mission are armed with AK-74s, Glock 17s and machetes. The three mercenaries on the team are while combat experienced certainly not Special Forces level training. They are also wielding AK-74s, Saiga Shotguns and Colt M1911A1s. One swaps for a Dragunov Sniper rifle as the team Sniper. Within a few days the team arrive on the Libyan coast with the help of Toreno they gain a helicopter, one of the mercenaries radios in that they are dropping off supplies to the prison camp. They agree to let them land. The largely poorly trained guards have little idea to no what is coming. The prison itself is on the other side of the compound to which the team has to make its away across. , free the prisons, preferably arming them from the armory that is in the prison for the security staff and make an escape under NATO air cover provided by Toreno's connections. The team arrives at the camp, landing quickly disabling communications for the camp. They have the element of surprise despite being outnumbered by the AK-47 wielding Libyan guards. Does the rogue Black Ops team make its getaway?
As the Cuban rebels storm the base they catch the Cuban army napping, slaughtering much of the guard force killing them brutally with gun fire and others with machetes. As the panic in the main base grows the Cuban general begins an attempt to flee how ever he is hit in the leg as his men begin attempting to help him out a group of rebels attack. The Cuban rebels cut down his guards mercilessly the general is met by the resistance leader, who takes out a TT33 pistol and shoots him the heart, killing him, the leader than orders his men to cut off the Cuban General's head to send a warning to leaders of the Cuban government that this could happen to them, which is done, and a Polaroid is taken by a leader who then sends it via carrier to be mailed to Cortez and Torino. A Cuban resistance member then calls on the radio to Army HQ and impersonates an officer in the Cuban army ordering the base to be shelled. The surviving Cuban government forces are furiously cut down in the bases by their own artillery. This causes panic once word reaches Havana. The Castro Brothers are outraged and despite attempts to censor the news it reaches the public via propaganda from the resistance. Many thinking the Cuban army shelled the bases for failure start rioting the streets leading to many more Cuban troops being tied down as the resistance begin advancing on Havana... Meanwhile in Vice City Tommy Vercetti begins planning a meeting with Salvatore Leone for an agreement and non aggression pact. Salvatore Leone agrees to fly down to Vice City and meet Tommy at his mansion. Once the meeting is set something happens unexpected as a Cartel hit squad arrive at Tommy's mansion on Starfish Island. They have vans of Hitmen with 8 in each, armed with MP5 SMGs and Colt M15 pistols. Tommy's guards which they are 10 of have Beretta 9mm pistols and Uzi 9mm SMGs. The bodyguards accompanying Salvatore Leone are armed with Gen 1 Glock 17s and Remmington 970 Shotguns. Tommy himself is armed with an M4 Carbine and Colt Python, he gives a second Python and Uzi 9mm to Salvatore. Among Salvatore's bodyguards are a young Antonio Cipriani and Micky Hamfists. Both of whom also have Uzi 9mms and Colt Pythons. If all the key people in the Mafia summit survive the Mafia side wins. They have to kill the Cartel hitmen to win too. Even if law enforcement gets involved Tommy has much of the Vice City PD and government on his payroll including dirt on the mayor. Who wins this showdown?
