The Bozo Criminal for today should have picked on someone his own age. 57 year old bozo Charles Hoelzer of St. Louis jumped into his intended victim’s car, pulled a knife on her and demanded money. "No way" said Maggie Frazer, who then punched the Bozo in the mouth, causing him to fall back and cut himself with his own knife, which he then dropped.
