Bozo criminal for today comes from Riverside, California, where the annual Festival of Lights celebration was in full swing. Our bozo approached a caricature artist and asked him to sketch a portrait of him. We’re not sure whether or not our bozo liked the portrait, but instead of taking it, he grabbed the artist’s money bag and fled with around $500 in cash. Police have a nice portrait of a bozo with exaggerated features and an oversized head to use as they try to identify our thief.
