From Niagara Falls, New York, comes the story of bozo Thomas Davis who was cultivating a garden of more than a dozen pot plants on his second story porch. A police officer on patrol couldn’t help but notice the garden, so he went to the man’s apartment to investigate. Guess he must have been pretty proud of his crop. When the cop knocked on the front door, he let him inside to take a look. He’s busted!
