Our unidentified 26-year-old bozo had just finished a night of partying in a local disco and was walking through the parking lot when he decided that he needed one for the road. So, he stopped, pulled out a vial of powdered amphetamines and laid out several lines on the roof of a parked car. Only one problem, the car he picked to snort off of was an unmarked police vehicle. Oops. He’s busted.
