From Atlanta, Georgia comes the story of bozo Juanita Jackson who called the cops to report that she was unhappy with the crack cocaine she had purchased and wanted help in getting her money back. Always looking to serve, the cops showed up at her residence and she asked them to take a look at the dope. After determining that it was indeed cocaine, they placed her under arrest for possession.
