Bozo criminal for today comes from St. Augustine, Florida where bozo Ralph Gonzales was showing off the On-Star system on his new Cadillac Escalade. Unfortunately, the volume was set too low for him to hear the On-Star operator answer. And if there is no response, it is On-Star’s policy to contact authorities.
