She,s looking for anyone that is a skillfull warrior or technological genius Thier three ways to join her organization, befriend her, make a deal with her or be a hired mercenery.

Jojo thougth at first she would be able to take down the crime boss by herself but when she attacked the slavery, she found out that attacking the crime boss by herself she would be badly hurt or worse. Only knowing what the crime boss looks like, she still needs help finding him.
