Even as Jessic was leaving Khazan, she knew what she was going to find. The new abilities growing within her because of her connection to her Datascope coldware told her exactly what the Drokan technology was doing...accessing the energy generated by the mind. If only her intuitive knowledge had been enough. But no...her ever increasing power had made her too great a security risk to approach her superiors without rock solid proof...it had gotten so that even entering GDF facilities meant undergoing hours of interrogation. It became clear that her only hope for finding proof was to go to the Drokan homeworld, even though it meant becoming categorized an arrest-on-sight target by the GDF. Once she got to the Drokan homeworld, her life became a 24-hour nightmare...Drokan Hunters, scorpion-like bio-engineered Drokans, patrolled the cities and skyways, and she had to remain constantly on guard. The only places she could rest were in the putrid Drone quarters, trying to suppress her gag reflex from the smell of the Drone's excrement. Months past before she finally found what she was looking for in the personal files of a Drokan political unit: neurological schematics of the human brain...and the schematics for the micro-technology that was the base of all Drokan coldware. It channeled neural energy into a bio-energy force that the Drokans could siphon away. This was their ploy...to use Datascope to market their advanced technology, unwittingly spreading their reach, siphoning energy from the very minds of the humans to fuel their invasion force. Apparently, her wetwire had somehow allowed her to access and control the technology's siphoning powers. She returned to earth with her proof. If she could just get in touch with her old teacher, director Albert Gobrick, then he could process the proof and clear her name. GDF officers apprehended her as soon as she entered the city. Taken to the director's office, she soon discovered that during her four months off planet, Gobrick had been forced into retirement. She had lost her last direct tie to the GDF, and was no more than another security thread to be tied up. She was out of options. To avoid being locked up, she had to escape. Now a fugitive, she had to prioritize. Clearing her name was no longer a matter of proving her innocence; it was now a matter of ending the crime she was accused of. She had to put a stop to Datascope's importation of Drokan coldware, getting a foothold into bringing down the Drokan's entire technology gambit. She moved throughout the city, taking temporary residence in hotels near her next target as she raided Datascope complexes, careful to avoid GDF agents and Drokan Hunters, both tracking her down relentlessly. No longer a field agent for the GDF, she had to reenter the FPL, using the prize money to live on and to fund her raids. As a fighter, she was immune to outside bodies trying to apprehend her while she was in the arena, but has to evade GDF swat teams every time she leaves. By day, she keeps a low profile, getting to the arena and out again without being caught. By night, she is once again working her way through the Datascope infrastructure, looking for a way to bring down their operation. This time, though, she was going in alone.

The tenacity that has characterized Jessic throughout her life runs strong, despite her recent trials. She is still tirelessly driven to succeed, and passionate about the things she cares about. The past few months have stripped her of everything she worked so hard to accomplish, and the loss shows. She is all business, and more than a little jaded, approaching her work with a grim determination. However, the challenge ahead of her pushes her harder than she ever could have dreamed possible, and when she is feeling most desperate she finds herself tapping a well of self confidence she never knew existed, bringing out a side to her that wasn't apparent before. She's able to laugh through her grimness. She's found a sort of playful self-confidence that almost borders on letting her hair down. The effect is odd...she's colder and more driven than ever, but somehow it brings out a softer, sexier side of her. How odd that it took the loss of everything she ever worked for for her to truly develop her inner self-confidence and potential.

Nerual Siphons

     Psychic Vampire: Superior

  • Ranged Attack Only
  • Auto-Hit Attack

The Drokan technology that Datascope used to create Jessic's wetwire was part of Drokan attempt gain an upper hand against the Humans in their continuing invasion plans. Powered by neurological energy, they drain the electrical energy of a human brain, and generate a bio-energy that the Drokans intended to harvest to fuel their own war machine, Effectively using Earth's own technology and population into a power source. Jessic's wetwire gives her control of her Siphon. She can use it to leach a foe's neural energy, and fuel her own bio-energy field.

Bio-Energy Field

     Energy Sheath: Ultimate

The energy generated by the neural siphons is just barely visible... a dim haze of a glow is really the only thing that makes it visible at all. Because Jessic controls her Neural Siphon, the field won't manifest without her conscious effort, but the generation of this field is a natural process of her software, and once it is manifested it remains so until she wills it away. The field is powered by her own neural energy which is then fed back to her mind... but the siphons were designed to absorb energy from multiple victims, and Jessic is capable of powering the field with the energy of her opponent's minds as well.

Field Manipulation

     Matter Animation: Standard

  • Ranged Attack Only
  • Area Affect
  • Armor Piercing
  • Ranged and Melee Attack

The Bio-Energy field that surrounds Jessic is, in it's basic form, tightly compressed around her body. However, she has the ability to control and manipulate it... making it a very effective weapon. She can do this without moving her body in the slightest... but to do so requires a bit of concentration on the field. By moving her body and the field at the same time, it becomes a simple, reflexive action. Because of this, she will often gesture towards her target with an open palm, or at least gesture with her head. When she does this, the field around her flares slightly, and it's possible to see the energy field surrounding her body and flowing out into her desired form. Her ability to mold the field is finite, as she is still becoming used to this application of her wetwire, but it's a natural act, and she can do it smoothly and easily. She is still learning to use this ability, but it comes so naturally to her that she is learning and developing it with astounding speed.

Light Redirection

     Invisibility: Standard

The hardware that Jessic's wetwire was designed for still exists, and Jessic still uses it to it's fullest advantage. She is no longer affiliated with the GDF, and had to find another place to go for maintenance of her equipment... her friend and old superior ex-GDF director Albert Gobrick introduced her to the outlaw tech Bobby Diggs, who has agreed to maintain her equipment. Under his skilful hand, the various systems continue to operate at peak efficiency. Her light redirection system still uses a force field that processes and re-transmits light around her... feeding visual light into her visual cortex via her wetwire. Bobby has managed to reduce the blur caused by the system, but it still is unable to effect electronic equipment.

Quantum Realignment

     Phasing: Standard

Jessic's ability to remove herself from physical reality for up to 10 minutes at a time, remains a mystery to GDF scientists. This software in combination with her light redirection software is easily her greatest weapon, permitting her almost unlimited tactical resources as she can literally remove herself from any situation.

Hyper-Kinesis

     Super Speed: Standard

Jessic's commitment to her work has always kept her at a peak physical condition. When her wetwire was first installed and exponentially increased her mind's ability to access her own body, it was her physical perfection that allowed her too keep up with her remarkably fast thought process... granting her the ability to move and react at incredible speeds, but also forcing her to sleep a minimum of 25 hours after a mission. In the past months, while living on the Drokan homeworld and then on the run on earth, she has had to live at a frantic pace that has forced her to a physical peak she had never dreamed of achieving before. Her wetwire has responded to her new physical limits, and she can now maintain her hyper-kinetic speed indefinitely. Combining her lightening speed with her invisibility and phasing powers makes her a true wild card in battle... she could be absolutely anywhere, and there is truly no way to know where the next attack will come from.

Hologram Generation

     Illusion Creation: Standard

  • Auto-Hit Attack
  • Area Affect

The Ramscoop-linked hologram projector that Jessic carried has sense been broken down to its component parts, and reassembled into a smaller, less unwieldy unit. Bobby has turned it into a small, easy-to-use wrist mounted device, but it is still just as utilitarian, generating a free-moving holographic duplicate of herself. As before, the basic hologram's programming allows for a certain degree of autonomy, and it will move and mimic Jessic of it's own accord, although at it's basic strength it doesn't have the ability to damage an opponent on it's own...

Cyberlinked Ramscoop

     Energy Absorption: Supreme

Jessic's new, smaller Ramscoop-linked hologram projector takes advantage of the fact that it is wired to Jessic's wetwire, which is constantly generating a low-level field around her. It is through this field that the Ramscoop absorbs energy attacks, even kinetic energy from projectile attacks. The Holograms are then recalibrated and upgraded, allowing for the ability to actually inflict damage on opponents, or for the creation of a greater number of holograms.

Brilliant Combatant

     Tactician: Standard

A single fact has remained true throughout Jessic's trials. Hergreatest asset, without question, is her tactical mind. Stripped of all her software, her mental abilities, her vaunted technology... she remains a truly formidable opponent. Her genius is evident when you see her in action, thinking as fast as she moves, and acting even faster. New battle tactics are analyzed and responded to instantly, and brilliant battle tactics come to her almost as a matter of course.
