Landon

The Teddis and the Penguins... they believe that no other Children exist. There is only the Child. We know better. We have come from distant Rooms, the former Toys of other Children in the House. We try to tell the other Toys that one day they will be like us, forgotten, unloved, never played with, locked away in a closet until time takes its toll and we die. They do not listen. They only wage war, trying to win a battlefield that will not be theirs to win in due time. One day, the Child will find other toys. One day, she might not even want toys. Where will the Teddis and Penguins be then? No one wants to wage war for the rights to a bitter end. We know from experience. So we simply watch, and hope that the two sides realize their folly before we are all destroyed.

We are tired and weary from our past lives. We have given all the love and joy that we can. We are spent. We no longer have all of our pieces. We are little more than broken accessories to a game gone awry. We only want peace in our final days. But we will fight if we have to. We will destroy either side if we have to. We do not want to do this. We do not want to make and Child sad. But we, too, have feelings. We only wish to see our wishes granted for once.

Soldier

     Counter-Attack: Standard

His platoon was lost in the last great Room War, when our previous Child's Army Men and Super Men waged war. He was the last survivor, cast aside after his service, forgotten as the young Child found new fun in things like Video Games and Computers. Soldier has long forgotten his rank and name. He is only soldier. But he still retains his duty as a member of the military. A good guy never attacks first. He only attacks whena villain dares to attack. He counters with brilliance and vigilance. He is a true blooded Army Man. The last of his kind.

Dice

     Lucky: Superior

The two dice. They are meek and powerless. Always have been. They can only count to six. They can only comprehend things as a matter of chance and not choice. They always make their decisions by a roll of themselves. 1-3, run away. 4-6, stay. They rolled a 4 during the last siege of the last Room War. Their precious board game, long since lost and forgotten, was ripped in half as the Army Men and the Super Men wrecked havok. Mommy promised to fix the board with some glue. She forgot it. The Child forgot it. The dice soon found their home in a drawer, buried under baby clothes and unwanted blankets until they were handed down to the new Child. They still make their decisions with a roll of themselves. 1-3: mourn their situation. 4-6: don't care.

Truck

     Vehicle: Superior

Truck was fortunate. He was handed down before the last Room War. The girl Child so loved Truck that the boy Child that Truck belonged to gave Truck to her. The girl Child loved Truck, carried Teddis and Penguins around in it before the current Room War. But Truck was soon forgotten, just like the rest of us. Truck wasn't "girly" enough for the Child. Truck was blue, not pink. The Child wanted a pink truck. The Child got a pink truck. Our Truck came to live with us that day in the Closet.

Top

     Damage Shield: Superior

  • Area Affect

Spin... spin... spin... our former Child found Top boring and dull soon after he could speak. Spin... spin... spin... Top was hte first of us to be handed down. Spin... spin... spin... Top was also the first toy to be forgotten by the girl Child. Spin... spin... spin... Top is also the most bitter, for he was replaced by Don Quixote. Spin... spin... spin... of us all, Top is the only one who truly hates the other Toys. Spin... spin... spin...

Bronto

     Armor Skin: Superior

Bronto is far better than Mommy. Mommy no longer helps us. Bronto does. Bronto steps in front of the Teddis and Penguins so we do not get hurt. Mommy never does that for us. Mommy no longer loves us. Bronto does. Does that make Bronto our ney Mommy?

Lizard

     Electricity: Superior

  • Ranged Attack Only

Mommy said Lizard wasn't safe for the Child to play with. Mommy said that Lizard's sparks would hurt the Child. Lizard means no harm. He only does what he was made to do. He winds up, he walks, and he shoots sparks. Colorful sparks. Happy sparks. They make us in the closet smile when nothing else will. That is all the time now.

Resistance: Empathy

     Resistances: Standard

Puzzle. We do not understand her. We do not try to understand her. She is simply one of us. The Child tried to understand Puzzle. Puzzle made Child grow frustrated. The Child could not figure Puzzle out. Three little loops of metal that you have to pull apart. Child sat for hours on her bed, trying to figure out Puzzle. She soon became mad and threw Puzzle across the room. Puzzle landed next to the closet door. We took Puzzle in. We don't care what Puzzle is. We only care that Puzzle is Puzzle. Those that do care, only grow angry and frustrated.

Dolly

     Detective: Superior

  • Weakness: Limited Uses - One Use

Dolly was truly the first. Top was the first to be abandoned, but Dolly was the first toy of the Child. Dolly was given to the Child mere days after she was born. Dolly was here before any of us. Dolly watched as the Child grew up. Dolly didn't mind that new toys came into the room, she truly welcomed the company. Even as other toys were abandoned, Dolly remained at the Child's side on her Bed. Even after Don Quixote came, Dolly shared a spot on the Bed with him. Then, the Child suddenly hated Dolly. Dolly reminded the Child of being a baby. Dolly was just a baby toy, not something that a Big Girl plays with. Mommy actually defended Dolly, saying that the Child has had Dolly all of her life. The Child didn't listen. She only said Dolly was a baby toy and she didn't want Dolly anymore. With saddness, Mommy made a rare trip into the closet and placed Dolly among our Legion. Dolly knows much. Dolly has lived longer than any of us. Dolly is wise. We look up to her for advice. But Dolly is old, and she only has strength to give us so much wisdom. May Dolly be forever remembered, if not with the Child, but among us as the greatest of us all.
