Fire: standard (rank 1)
With this power he is able to manipulate any form of fire whether it be original orange fire which just burns anything, blue fire which is even hotter than orange fire, black fire that just incinerates anything and can not sometimes be extinguished by water, or even hell-fire which comes directly straight from hell and you know how dangerous that can become. If he becomes angry enough he surrounds himself in like this fire aura and will burn anything in its path.
Air / Wind
Air / Wind: supreme (rank 3)
David a.k.a Elemental Hazard is able to manipulate the air particles around him and is able to create anything he wishes that has association with air. For example, he is able to create tornadoes or if you really want a neat trick he is also able to the air out of someones lungs. He is able to create anything with air and send you flying. When David is calm he is able to create an air aura which surrounds him in air and defends against most projectiles from close ranged attacks and can also allow him to fly using the wind.
Earth: standard (rank 1)
Elemental Hazard is able to manipulate the earth or dust beneath his feet. He is able to create boulders and safe-havens and can use the dust for cover or blind someone in battle and can convert someones body into dust. If a fossil is in the ground David is able to manipulate it. When David is firm and he knows he's winning the battle he produces an earth aura which surrounds him in an earth barrier and whatever he touches is crushed.
Water: standard (rank 1)
David is able to control and manipulate water around him and turn it into either a defensive or offensive weapon. With this ability he is able to create complex things such as whirlpools and tidal waves. Not only water, but he also has the ability to manipulate the ice particles in the water and use it as an offensive attack. When David is unsure of something or is being swayed he produces a water like aura surrounds him in water and everything he touches drowns.
Electricity: superior (rank 2)
Elemental Hazard is able to manipulate, generate, or absorb any form of electricity whether it comes from lightning or the electricity around him and is able to have control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. He is able to do simple things such as generating electricity, shoot lightning, or overload a circuit. He is also able to do complex things such as manipulating the energy in a person, firing sparks, turning off electrical devices and hacking. When David can't wait or gets excited over a battle he is able to create an electric aura which he surrounds himself in electricity and is able to repel or attract anything. If you touch him you will become electrocuted or you will die. He can also use this aura to fly.
Combat Planning: standard (rank 1)
Elemental Hazard is able to understand his opponents thinking and fighting and is able to anticipate their moves. Once he finds a weakness in his enemy's strategy, he is able to defeat them easily. This only works if he's on the battlefield. When he's off the battlefield he is able to create a strategy and plan several steps ahead of his enemy kind of like a strategic game.
