Storm Williams was born with the ability to control the weather. He is best friends with Griffyn Broyles also known as Turbo. Turbo, Iron Bison, and Hurricane creat the Dream Team.

Storm like Griffyn is a college wrestler, and has also broght many championships to thier school. Storm faced Drew, Griffyns brother, in the finals of a tournament. Storm would beat Drew 15-3. This made Drew angry and jealouse.

Drew became Black Angel and battled Hurricane. Black Angel had Hurricane right were he wanted him until Turbo showed up and stopped him. Eventually Iron Bison who is also in the Dream Team would have a meeting with Black Angel because he treats Turbo and Hurricane like his little brothers. Iron Bison nearly killed Black Angel.

Black Angel is still out there though, so the war continues....

He is funny, short tempered, and strives to win a national title his senior year in college. He wants to destroy Black Angel.
