That provides no proof. How do you know Freiza was capable of such of an attack? How do you know he was over a 30x planet buster? Have any proof of Buu's ki blast being that strong?

Do they say this in the show? Did the person who created the show say this?

Actually the logic is this. Most accounts stated that Frieza was busting planets with only 1% of his Max power. However while researching this feat I actually came across some interesting proof to suggest otherwise... that he was doing this with only >0.44% of his max.

The Movie/Special "Bardock the Father of Goku" is one of the rare ones that are actually considered Canon to the series. In it we see Frieza wipe out Planet Vegeta in his first form, and as stated in Canon his first form only has a power level of 530,000 (Power Levels were actually useful back at this time so don't dismiss) yet his Max power level in his final form was a Canon 120,000,000.

This means that at most he could have only used <0.44% of his Maximum Power to destroy Planet Vegeta. But there are also two additional facts to consider. The first is the relative ease with which he pulled this off, as you can see he's laughing all the way and created it with incredible speed. Making this anecdotal evidence that he was using far less of his power in that form, which is why I have the "less than" mark. The Second point is that Planet Vegeta is recorded to be x10 earth gravity. There are only three ways this can be possible, either the planet is 10 times the size of earth, 10 times the density, or some combination of the two. Any of these options means that it would have taken x10 the power to blow up Planet Vegeta than any ordinary Earth like planet.

Meaning that Frieza would have only needed <0.04% of his power to destroy an Earth like planet... and if what the Supreme Kai had to say about Buu is true, then Buu being 1000 times more powerful than Frieza, he would be able to lob a blast at maximum power with enough force to destroy >2,264,151 earth like planets...in one go, with maximum power...

Meaning that his Max Power Blast would have a Yield of 54,113,207,547,169,811,320,754,716,982 Megatons... For perspective if it were a nuke it would have a Primary blast radius of 7,038,805,102,308.1 Kilometers. That would equal 47,051 AU. However note that this is basing it on a similar expectation to a Nuke. Nukes are sloppy, a Ki Blast is not.

Also, I have not seen from any credible source that Black Holes are dimensional gateways...

A Black Hole is just a clump of space trash that happens to have a very massive... Mass. Enough Mass to have an incredibly high amount of Gravity. This High gravity is what bends space and time, as well as light, but this Mass is not of Extra Universal Origin, nor is the effect that it has on the space around it. However there are speculative theories that claim something to the effect of having an extra dimensional aspect.

One reason that I can give you for the Hulk being able to escape a black hole is this. Black Holes bleed off energy. It is called Hawking Radiation and is made of Gamma rays... What is the Hulk mostly composed of? Gamma Rays... So if a Black Hole naturally spits this radiation out and the Hulk is mostly composed of this Radiation, then escaping from the Black Hole would have been relatively easy for the Hulk to have accomplished. That and I really don't think comic book writers have Ph.D's in Astrophysics...

......Okay, Kid Buu wins this. With that bit of information you dropped down, I initially stop supporting Hulk in this fight unless further examples of the Worldbreaker form's power rallies me over to the Hulk's side again, which I hope happens because I can't stand Dragon Ball Z past the Freeza saga.

Also, it's pretty cool that somebody out there knows Freeza's power level is 120,000,000 instead of 12,000,000.

I agree whole heartedly, the whole series felt like it ended after the Frieza saga, but was forced to continue. As for Frieza's power level it was stated officially in the Daizenshuu 7, and easily found here.

The fact still remains though that we don't know what the Worldbreaker is capable of. What is obvious is that he is very, very strong, seeing that Marvel has stated it's the strongest Hulk has been at.

So at this point, Buu wins... but I wouldn't be surprised if the match comes up again at a later date and goes a different way. This is Hulk after all.

Worldbreaker Hulk is the strongest? I thought Cosmic Hulk was.

I checked the fight and WWH won 22-14.

Don't forget that the results of the CBUB are often times skewed. There may have been multi-accounters (even though the Admins say they keep tabs on them, I don't think they've purged them yet) as well as just plain blindly prejudiced people that will either vote against DBZ because they think it sucks, or vote for the Hulk just because they think that No anime character deserves a win against a western Comic book character.

In all events, there is ample proof to show that DBZ sits above all others and is at or just under Cosmic level characters. Though with Buu's odd nature, I would think that he might be able to give even a Cosmic character a run for his money. Especially if he managed to absorb one and become Cosmic Buu!

Was it a starving Galactus, then maybe, just maybe. If not, that's bullshit.

Pre Crisis Superman is not celestial and he could take down DBZ characters.

As far as the reason I despise DBZ characters being on this site.. it's the fact that there is no concrete showing of powers for them. DBZ only wins because Akira Toriyama never gave them a limit of what they can do, which is very important knowledge. All we have is power levels(Only up until the Frieza Saga) and knowing who beats who in the DBZ world.

The only thing way we can vote against them intelligently, is to take into account what they haven't done. Omnipotence is the only thing they haven't shown, which is why they rarely win against foes like Galactus, Living Tribunal and Thanos with one of his many plot devices.

For the record, I'm not blaming Toriyama. How could he have foresaw this and frankly, despite how bad post-Frieza DBZ was, I can not hold that suckiness above the awesomeness of Akira.

He wanted to end it at the Frieza saga, but that was a badass saga. Well, he approved them stating that the Supreme Kai's were 1,000 times stronger than Frieza, and that Kid Buu busted several galaxies in a few years. I think 600 is enough to destroy a planet, and Frieza had a power level of 120,000,000 so he could destroy a chunk of a galaxy I bet, so Kid Buu could destroy galaxies quite easily. So really DBZ characters are galaxy/dimensional barrier busters.
