Id rank Bates, t 1000 and ozy higher...Jokers good, but a bit overrated...same with palpatine...and where the f&*k is 006 and the riddler.

Admin Edit: No reason to quote that entire post just to add one line of text.

There's so many problems with this list that it isn't worth the time to discuss them.

I will say that any list of "greatest villains" that has a pro wrestler, a character from Melrose Place, and a character from the Buffy TV series on it is automatically disqualified in my mind.

Thanks to Heath Ledger...

As for what I think... well, I would have to rate the Flood (Should be Gravemind since he controls the Flood) higher.

What were the criteria for this list anyway?

The Joker is one of the most recognized villains of all time among the general populace, I can see why he is #1. Not to mention he is the most popular and well-known villain in what is IMO the best and most notable Rogue Gallery in comics.

Megatron is weak sauce. Now if Starscream was ahead of Galvatron, then there is something wrong.

Clubber Lang? Really? That's just wrong.

Big Brother? Anybody who read 1984 would know that the villain in the book was the Party.

General Zod? Hahahahahaha!

And only an idiot ranks Hans Grubber and a wrestler over Michael Corleone.

This list sucks.

I read the book 2 years ago and basically skimmed the whole thing, but wasn't Big Brother essentially the Party? He created it, so I would assume that the mastermind is charged as the super villain instead of his creation.

Big Brother isn't real. He's something that the Party created to serve as a leader and such. He's omnipotent and omniscient, he is never wrong, he embodies the principles of English Socialism.

Wolverine: Wizard Magazine Called ME the GREATEST Comic Book character of all time!

Rorschach: They called WATCHMEN the GREATEST COMIC of all time!

Uh, Why is Gollum in there? All he did was bite someone's finger, maybe killed someone, and had a fuk-tarded obsession for some ring.
