Urgh Prototype 2 pissed me off to no end!!!!!!!

Hm, I was looking forward to getting that. What was wrong with it? Also, this is just a question to the gamers here in general: if you could pick one, what would be your 2011 GOTY?

Well the game itself is still mindless fun don't get me wrong but the story is so urgh!
The first ones story was complicated and it took me 3 playthroughs and a day of sifting through the web of intrigue to finally get the story and I found it enjoyable and was wondering how THAT story could continue. But 2's was really forced and really generic it's characters were really dumb and to top it all off if you didn't know about I think a three issue comic that they published then it makes even less sense and the game just becomes an excuse to throw cars at tanks.
Maybe its just because I need to enjoy a story of a single player game in order to keep playing.

As for 2011 GOTY im gonna wait until I actually have a chance to play Skyrim for more than an hour since that may very well be it but i need to play it more.

Yeah, mine would probably be between Skyrim, Deus Ex and Arkham City. MW3 was a major letdown for me. I haven't gotten the chance to play Portal 2 yet.

Walking Dead seems interesting. Whilst fighting the baby-sitter, I got my throat ripped out the first time. Bashed her damn head in the second. The different choices should provide replayability options. Might have to buy the full games. For only 5 bucks a pop, they seem worth it.

Yeah, and all they've done to do that is take out everything that actually makes it an Elder scrolls game except for the geography.

That Walking Dead game has the stupidest installation method. You have to download the demo, THEN the full game.

Heh. The game itself is pretty sweet, though it took some getting used to. For the first twenty minutes of the game I was just panicking and hitting the first button I saw, lol. It took me three tries before I realized there was a shotgun to the left during the zombie cop scene.

Mindless fun is the reason I bought the original Prototype and will be the reason I buy the second.

As for GOTY Im going with Skyrim. Ive been playing for months and still haven't fully explored the game world.

There are a lot of similarities between this and Skyrim, funnily enough. The words Nord, Housecarl, Jarl and the like show up a lot.

I bought Episode One of the Walking Dead game. Its great and I love it. I definitely see already as a Leader I have to make the right choices or shit will happen.

I read the plot of Prototype 2 and when I heard about Mercer's character assassination I decided that I wouldn't waste any time on that.

In other news, I've got Halo 4 pre-ordered, so I'm looking forward to that.
