In the year 2032, both technology and nature conspired to make humanity fall. A virus that mutated a whole populace and an Artificial Intelligence staged an insurrection. Humanity was not ready to be on its knees and fought back. Both the infected, starting with Patient A and the sentient program HK saw each other as competition for the dominance of the planet. The war called for new strategy, new weapons, and new ways of thinking in the war ravaged planet, now a battlefield. War was declared, and lives would be inevitably lost, with all three factions calling up champions to assist their soldiers.

Humans faction:
PC's: Marine, Super Soldier, Cyborg, Thug

Infected faction:
PC's: Common, Hunter, Brute, Wasp

Machines faction:
PC's: Scout, Infiltrator, Soldier, Tank

The stats are:

Strength (Melee modification)
Dexterity (Speed, dodging, etc.
Vitality (Physical endurance)
Sanity (Mental endurance)
Intelligence (Mental and ranged attacks)
Luck (Important for story)

All stats are on a 1-5 scale: 1-weak 2-average 3-above 4-peak 5-superhuman 15 points are available.

Both classes and stats modify

Common skills: Melee
Shooting
Unarmed

Human: Sneak attack
Danger Sense
Hide
Critical strike

Melee and Ranged balance

Machines: Laser
Shrug
Mount weapon
EMP stun

Mostly ranged

Infected: Infect
Pounce
Acidic blood
Absorb

Mostly melee

Super soldiers: Pounce

Danger Sense

Cyborg: EMP stun

Excellent! With your settings, EMP stun and Sneak Attack are modified to be more effective as your intelligence and strength enhances them. Your class, being halfway between human and machine, also enhances EMP stun and Sneak Attack. By the way, the common skills are universal.

If I change my Sneak Attack to Critical Attack, I'd lose the enchancement as I assume that the Critical attack depends on Luck?

Yes, as luck won't enhance the skill. Consider the skills I mentioned currently enhanced by 40% on both.

New update:

Skill points above 2 would enhance some skills by 20% depending on difference. Classes can enhance some as well by 20%. Skill points of 1 will decrease skill by 20%.

Skills can be chosen from the list I provided. Stats on the other hand...can take care of themselves.

As for JP Morgan (Get my pun?), I will partake as mainly the narrator and GM, but in the beta mode, I may make a character if I feel that the game isn't balanced yet.

That would be for later, gradually revealing them in the game. Let me judge your settings: Pounce will be enhanced 80%, while danger sense is degraded by 20%. Your class enhances shooting by 20%. The Pounce attack is basically similar to the Hunter's pounce from L4D. You jump on to your opponent in melee combat and attack. The Hunter class automatically enhances this skill by 20%.

Although sneak attack is decreased by 20% with strength, luck cancels it out and dexterity provides a 20% boost. Danger sense and Hide are enhanced by 40%. Your class modifies nothing.

Sounds good. I think Ill keep stats though, if you dont mind saying, what specifically degraded 'danger sense'? Regardless it looks like the human faction is ready to go...

As for Nova, I assessed that Danger Sense is enhanced by 40%. Hide is also enhanced by 20%. Your class modifies nothing.

Ah, ok. Well what would happen if I switched one point from strength into luck? Just curious...lastly will this be like A.Engineers with all us are fighting as a team in battlezone or will it be a more story/free movement RP ala DotG?

The pounce skill will be enhanced by 60% and the hindrance will be canceled out. This will be along the lines of Zombie Apocalypse plus Cybernetic Revolt, so it's kinda like DoTG. HOWEVER, you may be on your own, as it too, is similar to real life modern war as well, albeit with robots and zombies.
