You do know in the most updated version of Marvel handbooks JLA vs Avengers is said to be canon right? So yea it is. It's pointless to debate whether it's canon when both companies have it as canon. Trinity in DC was a result of JLA vs Avengers and even the Justice League comics afterwards mentioned it. You add in the fact it has a entry in the Marvel Handbook. It's canon period. The one crossover that is confirmed to be canon and known by most people is the one you keeping trying to prove it's not for no reason.

@Stranglehold: Since you seem to think that wikipedia and marvel.wikia, are more true than the Marvel Handbooks(even when neither of the wiki sites give a source for their information). Does that mean, that if I go and edit those two pages(as anyone can do), to say that Marvel vs. DC(the one with Access, and the two Brothers) is canon. You'll officially believe that Spectre is equal to The Living Tribunal?
Tthat Wonder Woman can lift Mjolnir?
That Batman can beat Captain America?

Marvel officially recognized it as canon, by including it in their Official Handbook which, unless specifically mentioned(as Force already pointed out), only deals with events in the 616 universe.
