Well, not the specific locations as much, but the districts: Lowtown, Bottoms, Dockside, Moebius,...

Would I be wrong to ascribe sort of a 'Top 10'-ish quality to modern Khazan?

Little Lovecraft has become Khazan City’s unofficial undead hotspot, or coldspot as would probably be more accurate. It begins on Orpheus Boulevard near the Twelves and ends, somewhat poetically, at Eurydice Street on the edge of Dockside. It serves as a sort of enclave for zombies, vampires, poltergeists, phantoms, wraiths, specters, shades, the occasional ghoul, and all other persons of non-traditional post-life existence. While these groups are hardly homogenous, they manage to live together in relative peace and safety, making it no worse a place to live (exist?) then any other part of the city. The most recent problem has been an infestation of Hipsters who show up and claim to understand the undead lifestyle and were experiencing the scene 'before it was cool'. Most real natives gladly take their money and let them believe whatever they want.

Venus Junction In Gaslight
Also known as Star City, The Den, The Hub, The Junction and Two-Face Town. Venus Junction is one of the most visited towns in Khazan; it is known for its casinos, hotels, motels, restaurants and clubs. The lax laws in Venus Junction have also caused the founding of brothels, drug bars, weapon dealerships and many other questionable establishments. Because of the hedonistic exterior of Venus Junction, many tourist visit the infamous city ignorant of the fact that it is home to many unsavory elements such as slave rings, crime organizations and the black market (Also known as the Venus Trade); hence the name Two-Face Town.
Before it became the city it is now, Venus Junction was called The Hub. It was a rest stop in the middle of Gaslight District for merchants, smugglers and gypsies to trade their goods and exchange information far enough from unwanted eyes but close enough to the shore. It went relatively unknown until a member of the Syndicate known as Balor "Deadeye" Venus found The Hub (although it is said he only found it by accident after passing through a portal in Port Of Kings) and made it his headquarters. Soon The Hub grew into a large town with trade roads that stretched to the four sides of Gaslight .
For years Venus Junction had to share "business" with Holiday Avenue but after corporate elements started to transform Holiday Avenue into a family vacationing hot spot; an influx of criminal elements have brought their business to The Hub making it one of the most Syndicate dense areas in the world.

The Shadow Brig:
A network of tunnels beneath Venus Junction that is used for countless nefarious purposes. From being the location of the Venus Trade (Black Market) to being a home for some of the most wanted criminals in the world, there is an old Venus Junction Saying that goes "If a criminal wants to hide something, lock it in the Shadow Brig". Because of it's importance to the criminal underworld many of it's entrances were hidden or sealed by the Syndicate years ago, the only known entrances are carefully monitored by the most influential members of The Syndicate (Ex. The Broker and Mr.Styx). There is an old legend within the criminal world claiming that Balor "Dead Eye" Venus was locked away somewhere within the Shadow Brig along with his most dangerous guard by Infinium and a small group of criminals.

The Techcane Corporation
Techcane Corp. is a new, but rapidly expanding, research company located on the eastern border of Moebius. In addition to the more "out-there" scientists that other facilities might overlook, Techcane Corp. also employs a good number of magically inclined individuals. The corporation parades around it idea of the next generation of research and invention while creating devices that blend the principles of magic and technology, although they do produce a number of technological or arcane devices for those who just want something simple. Because Techcane's unique field of research has generated interest among the vigilante and supervillain crowd, and subsequently garnered the company a series of large expansions, other companies have been trying to replicate their success.
