I saw this movie the other day, and I kept wondering what the hell it was about! Why are Dorian Gray and Tom Sawyer members of the league? Where is the real Invisible Man? Why does Mina Harker have vampire powers? I need some answers.

They probably took some liberties with the movie. You do realize you can just go on wikipedia and look this shit up, right?

Yes, but I also want to know you're thoughts on the movie as well.

I liked it. Haven't seen it in a while, but it was entertaining enough for me as a youngster.

Why are Dorian Gray and Tom Sawyer members of the league?

Tom Sawyer is not a member of the League(in the movie), he is a U.S. special agent that has been following them, and gets a sort of mentoring relationship with Quartermain
Dorian Gray is, IIRC, not a member of the League either.

Where is the real Invisible Man?

Not in the movie.

Why does Mina Harker have vampire powers?

Read Bram Stoker's Dracula.

In the LOEG comics Mina has no powers at all, but I don't know if she does in the book.

The movie butchered and bastardized the book, I suggest you just not think about it.

In Bram Stoker's Dracula, Mina is eventually turned into a vampire. However, she becomes human again after Dracula dies. In the LoeG-verse, she remained a vampire after Dracula died.

The film is a butchery of the comic. As a stand alone thing, I guess it's a decent enough family film, but nothing particularly good.
