Standard versions of both. They are fighting to the death in a large, abandoned warehouse. They know nothing of each other prior to the fight. They start off unarmed, but there are various objects around, such as metal poles, wooden floorboards, etc, that they can use if they wish.

Also, they can't leave the warehouse until the fight is over, so the sun wont be a factor.
