I'm only setting this match up to let the creator of scarion know that this character is not going to work. You are overstating the powers. Please read the power descriptions either here or here. You are creating a street level character. It just can't be that powerful. It's not going to work, plus one-line descriptions aren't going to work. It's below acceptable descriptions. I suggest you go here and see what not to do. Then, I suggest you go here and find out what everybody else knows how to do, but you do not know how to do.
Last, if you really want to immerse yourself in this FPL world, go here, here, here and even here. Why? Because FPL is serious business to FPLers. We love it as much as CBUBers love their Marvel and DC.

Why didn't you just block it? Thread of shame and all that. We used to do that all the time in the old days, by which I mean about a year ago or so.

Because they never look there. I don't want him to see his character has disappeared and he not know why. Then again, I could've PM'd him. Good point.
I'll let him decide after what I told him. If he'd like it to live, so be it. I figure this way, he can get an idea of what's to come. The thing is, here (FPL) we are interested in more than the characteristics of Scarion. We want to watch this guys life play out like Real World. Pretend you are writing a CBUB match (except with better writing and provide an ending) with his character sheet.
