A mysterious host has kidnapped various fighters from across the mega-verse(CBUB)
He is holding a tournament that will take place 3 days from now. The participants are of all status, some good, some evil, and most lethal. There is no purpose what the outcome will be, but all must fight when called upon.


"where am I" Ryu Hoshi thinks to himself. he is never one to panic, but this time he feels a deep concern for his life. He has fought many times, some to the death, and have prevailed, but this feeling is more like the one you get when you fear for your life, no matter how powerful you are. He finds himself in a well furnished room. He opens the door to see a grand hall, where there are already a few people looking about. He has fought with the marvel universe's people and recognizes a few of the strangers. As he walks out the door a robotic voice is heard through unknown speakers. "Welcome everyone, there are a few rules as to what you must do. First you will find yourself in a room where you will be staying, Remember them, as they are your sanctuary. The people you will find outside the door are your team members, now more on that later, but now I Dr. Doom have been ordered to oversee this tournament you will all participate. I follow no one, but it seems that we have all been selected to do our part, mine fortunately is to be commentator( his voice is full of fear, as though he is being forced to speak) Good luck and do not die cowardly"

Ryu walks over to Iron-Fist and both shake hands. "Do you know what's going on Danny?" Iron-Fist begins to explain what he knows, which is the same as Ryu, nothing. They meet their other team members, Wolverine, Spike Spiegel, Stride Hiryu, Snake Eyes, Ryu Hayabusa, and a few others that are unknown.

After trying to get out of the place or find some clues about their location another announcement is heard. "Ryu you will be up next vs Batman from the DC universe. I suggest you both fight to the death as if you don't you will both die. Meet in the next room in 30 minutes, bring what you wish, but you only have what you came with, some might have weapons, or some might have nothing, but both will do what you can. I will telepathically send you the directions on where to go(Doom's voice was now weaker and full of pain as well as anger, he was being tortured somehow)

Ryu stepped up to fight, Batman standing there with his cape flapping, reaches for his belt. Both begin to put up their unique stances and circle each other. Ryu launches forward with blinding speed, going in with an overhand punch. Batman reacts and rolls out of the way, throwing gas pellets in Ryu's vicinity. Ryu jumps up and performs his "hurricane kick" sending the smoke away from him, and as he lands he charges his "fireball" Batman takes out a gun from his belt and shoots his darts at Ryu, hitting him and simultaneously rolls out of the way of the fireball. Ryu takes out the dart and begins to glow, his eyes turning red. Batman can sense that Ryu is woozy and throws several batarangs at him. Both fight back and forth for a few seconds and as Ryu is about to get hit he fades out as the kick goes through his body. Ryu gets behind him and performs a devastating "dragon punch" breaking Batman's spine and then sending the dark knight up in the air. As Batman is landing Ryu finishes him with a large "true fireball beam"

The man once known as Batman is now in a few pieces and the man Ryu once was is no more. He has killed a man that he sensed was a great man. His eyes tear as he walks away. he did not want to kill anyone, but in the previous night, there were two fighters that refused to fight, a large man known as Thanos teleported in and killed both of them (Thanos himself being forced to do the host's bidding, so he did it out of fear.)

The next night, Ryu is talking with Iron Fist as a man named Spike talks with them also. "So you are a great martial artist, I am one, or at least I want to be, any pointers?" Spike lights a cigarette as he listens to both Iron-Fist and Ryu talk.
"First you must find the desire to win, and use that energy to see it through. In a fight there is no right style, but only the right timing. A second is eternity and is the difference between a win or a loss." Ryu lets Danny talk to him. "A man without ki is still a man, the next fighter might be a practitioner of ki use, but you will need to find a way past it. You seem strong and intelligent, you will find a way"

Spike enters the room with a Japanese man, both with a smirk on their face. They bow and know that this is not out of hate, but out of necessity and respect each other for it.

I will try to make this into an arc, and use various people (give me suggestions, and also tips, my writing is not great, but my imagination is) I want to use well known people, but also not the main stream ones)

By the way I will reveal who the host is soon and also the reason for this. The writing will be more indept as I go, so this is just the "pilot" sort to speak.

Don't give up on the arc just because of no comments. Many of mine barely get any attention either. Sometimes we just don't know what to say. I don't know this Sagara guy at all so I'll do myself a favor and research him some. If there's enough to go off of I'll see if I can think of anything intelligent to say. Otherwise just put up the next part keep the matches coming.

Okay, well it looks like San has a bit too much power for Spike to handle. Spike won't give up and that will make it easier for San to kill him.
