I'm still going with the Titans. The Kombatants home-field-advantage and superior numbers give them an edge, but it's not enough to make up for the lack of enough sheer power to beat the Titans, of which several could take out multiple enemies at once, easily.

Shao Kahn's power is very high so when your in Outworld trying to fight him in his own world your pretty much done. Only a few can defeat Kahn in Outworld and those few are actually more powerful then him. The only exception to the being more powerful then Kahn is Liu Kang. He only beats Kahn because he is suppose to be the Chosen One.

First Kid Flash would not have access to the speed force in Outworld since it doesn't exist there so he will quickly lose his speed and be screwed. They will be lucky if they even get past Kahn's most powerful warriors like Shang Tsung and Quan Chi with their combined magic which is capable of killing Gods. Ermac has telekinesis and soul energy which is very powerful. Shang Tsung also has the ability to steal the souls of his opponents but not as powerful as Shao Kahn who can steal the souls of a entire world if Outworld merges with that realm. Shang Tsung though however if he steals their souls also gets their powers and memories. Shang Tsung could steal Starfire's soul and get her ability for example. Shan Tsung though can steal turn into his enemies without stealing their souls and actually still use their powers. The difference is he hasn't taken their soul yet so he would only be able to do it for a limited amount of time. Shang Tsung could change into Raven and use Raven's powers to take out the Titans. Shang Tsung has plenty of abilities to choose from. Shang Tsung has control of a powerful fire ability powered by magic, teleporting, and others. Then their is Quan Chi who is more powerful and skilled then Shang Tsung in magic. I mean I could continue but you get the point. In addition Shao Kahn, Quan Chi, Ermac, Mileena, and Shang Tsung all have teleportation. 3 of them can open portals anywhere, steal souls, and more.
Shao Kahn's team wins easily.

Once again if you played the Mortal Kombat games you know in Mortal Kombat 3 Shao Kahn actually ripped the souls of everyone on Earth. Raiden only protected a very few. So if he used it in the actual story which we saw in the game why wouldn't he use it here? That definitely goes for the fact in Outworld Kahn can do as he please which is why Mortal Kombat was put in place to keep Kahn from consuming more worlds. When Shao Kahn consumes worlds he grows more powerful and can do whatever he wants in his realm as he spreads it.

It took him 3 games to do that, that's why. Kahn just doesn't use his power as effectively as he could, there are many characters like this, it's a problem very powerful fictional characters often have.

Because that's like saying a Jedi can't use the Force in the Marvel universe. CBUB is kind of meant to adjust itself for such things. And from a match-making point of view, there's no point putting someone in a fight if they are completely useless. Duh.

That's because it took 3 games for him to get in a position where he could do that, pretty much the moment he had the capability to take the souls of everybody on earth, he did it.

That's fair enough, then. He still seems to suffer from Classic Supervillain Syndrome, though.
The moment he was able to rip out the souls of the population of earth, he did so.
This does not quite equate classic supervillain syndrome.
The only reason he wasn't able to do it to everybody, was because they were protected by Raiden, those who were protected were also the only ones actually capable of fighting against him.
The reason he was defeated, is because he is just as bound by the rules of Mortal Kombat as the other contestants.
