Master Chief will have access to the jetpack ability
The battlefield will be the Ark
As Master Chief is exploring the Ark he notices Shepard running at him with his melee weapon on his right hand held high. Master Chief then pulls out his Energy Sword and runs at Shepard. They both clash and clash again until Shepard flips behind a crate and pulls out his M-23 Avenger and starts shooting at Master Chief. Then Master Chief also jumps behind a crate too and pulls out his Battle Rifle and starts shooting at Shepard. Master Chief then uses his jetpack and pulls out his Machine Gun Turrent and starts shooting at Shepard but he dodges the bullets and shoots back at Master Chief.
Then they both grab their sniper rifles and shoot at each other from behind cover causing a standoff between them.
Will Master Chief prevail ? or Will Commander Shepard win it all ?

Not sure who to vote for yet, but I'm leaning towards Shepard. Disruptor ammo would rip through Chief's shields like their nothing, possibly mess up his suit functions and any cybernetic implants he might have as well.
Assuming that Disruptor ammo would actually work, yes.

No, if he fell from the moon, then he could achieve any measure of velocity, there's nothing impeding his acceleration until he hits atmosphere, and depending on the vector he's falling at, it is very possible that he wouldn't reach terminal velocity, especially since at upper altitudes the atmosphere isn't thick enough to cause an object to fall at terminal velocity at 1 atm. So again, it's not the same as falling from the moon.Ok first off, I understand that there is no atmosphere between the earth and the moon, but once he entered Earth's atmosphere, assuming he was somehow falling from the moon, he WOULD achieve terminal velocity. I was simply pointing out how incredibly durable Master Chief is, and even if he was moving almost horizontally, he would still make an enormous impact.

Ok if he was somehow falling at said vector, then he would still be falling with an enormous amount of force, showing that his armor is capable of withstanding a ridiculous amount of force. Also if he was falling from space and their was nothing to impede him until he hit the atmosphere, he could potentially fall faster than terminal velocity, but if he were traveling slower, then once he fell into the atmosphere, gravity would speed him up to that point. So you're right, he could fall a little faster, if he was initially launched from said height with a force greater than terminal velocity. I was over exaggerating. In the opening cut scene of Halo 3 it says he fell "2 kilometers easy" and he brushes it offs and walks away. Also if you watch Chief fight in cut scenes, he frequently doges gun fire and gets in close quarters with his enemy where his strength WOULD matter. I would also like to point out that if he did survive a fall from 2 kilometers it, would be the equivalent of falling from the moon, because after 1,880 feet, one would be traveling at terminal velocity, which means he could not fall any faster. So although it didn't happen, the Chief COULD survive a fall from the moon.
TO MUCH MATH!!!!
