Cassandra stood in front of the four recruits while X-23 sat off in the distance sharpening her claws.

"We gathered you here today because despite what you are told you are NOT heroes, you are people posing as heroes, you are people with black hearts and souls,killers even. I am the same way. We struggle with humanity and are deemed too violent to fit into the hero mold. Well me and my friend are here to tell you they are right. There is evil that heroes can't fight, bargin with, or persuade. and THAT is where we come into the picture. said Batgirl.
X-23 chimmed in "We are not the Avengers, X-Men, Justice League, or anything like it. We have no symbols, no mansions and we operate in silence. All black.

"So what are you saying, were assassins?"said Jubilee.

"In few words yes" said X-23.

"Im game" said Magik.

"Why not" said Hawkgirl

"Were a group sent to kill the most evil bad guys? Well mark me down" said Alejandra.

"I don't know "said Jubilee. "I'm still struggling with my own urges to drink blood".

"Thats the beauty of it Jubilee, were killing these people we go after and want no traces. Feed as much as you like" said Magik.

"Well I guess Im in then. I have been craving blood for a while. I just don't want word to get out to the X-men" said Jubilee.

"Excellent our first target is The Blob and Iceman. For those who don't know about these two heres the run down" said Cassandra

"These are two mutants that came from the future. VERY dangerous. Now they are trying to hide out in this timeline. Iceman,well the evil version is able to create avatars from water or ice and increase his size. He is priority number one. Extremely hard to kill unless you find the real one and kill him. The Blob is second priority. Hard to kill as well so you have to be creative. Thats where YOU come in Alejandra. You will be vital to taking them both down. Said X-23. "

"So this should be a walk in the park for me" Said Alejandra

"Should be" said X-23

"I'm just ready to hit something"said Hawkgirl.

"Good, now suit up, we have work to do." said Cassandra

Then all of the members started getting dressed taking time out to examine the outfits. Hawkgirl sits and get extra clips for her guns and looking down the barrell, Alejandra ties up her boots and Cassandra makes sure she has everything in her utility belt and also brings a katana.
X-23 looks at Cassandra packing her sword and replies

"Trying something new?" said X-23

"Why not I'm already out of Batman Inc, why not start a whole new identity?" said Cassandra

"I agree. Sometime change is good" said X-23. She then looks over at the new members getting suited up and looks at Cassandra and smirks. "Were doing it Cassie, Were starting our OWN legacy outside of Batman AND Wolverine"

"I just hope THIS is what we really want, everything starts out well until people get hurt" said Cassandra.

"You think I don't know this Cassie? This is the best enviroment for us. We all have shaky pasts and don't fit into the hero mold because we all have either taken lives or feel it's neccassary. No one was forced here. We asked and they came. So this msu be where they want to be" said X-23

"I just want it to be said Laura." said Cassandra while looking at the others

"Ok lets move out. I hacked X-forces database and found the last known location of both of them, In Russia"said X-23. "Magik take us there".

"Let's go"said Magik opening a portal. Each member walked through it and was transported to a snowy Russia. "I haven't been here in a while" said Magik.

"Damn this is going to be harder than I expected" Said X-23.

"Told you" said Cassandra looking at X-23"

"Wait!" Said X-23 getting a scent. "I think I found them. Here's the plan, Ghost Rider, you me and Hawkgirl we attack Iceman hard and fast."

"And Magik, and Jubilee your with me and we attack Blob. We can't let either of them escape" said Cassandra. "Now lets bring them down".

Okay setup but Team One wins only because of Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider with that hellfire would do some serious damage to Iceman and then they could find a way to beat Blob.

but remember she is a novice and AOA Iceman is OMEGA level. To the point where he can make multiple avatars of different sizes even the size of 7 story buildings while still having an army of regular size ones. So get what your saying but I think your underestimating AOA Iceman vastly. If you need a reference check out the Dark Angel Saga for uncanny X-Force.

LOL no she is not a novice because she is the Ghost Rider and lets the Rider take more control then Johnny did. Iceman has no defense against hellfire and being that he is evil has no defense against his Penance Stare. The same goes for Blob. I don't need a reference I know his abilities full well. AOA Iceman has nothing to keep from being burned by hellfire or receiving the stare. Also Iceman and Blob have nothing to put down the Ghost Rider for good. Like I said to make it worse she tends to let the Rider take over more then Johnny Blaze did.

ok since you know then what stooping him from making an army to stop her from getting to him. They ARE in the snow.

I know the penace stare and hell fire works great(i talked about it in the arc) BUT she has to get to the ORIGINAL first. Looking into an avatars eye and doing a penace stare is pointless. she can melt avatars all day but she is in a team? and since you know what he can do then you would know while its snowing he basically become a force of nature. something not so easy even for ghost rider

Unless Iceman is starting out with avatars in this match then its gone take him some time to start making an army of them or multiple copies. Iceman can become a force of nature all he wants he can't destroy or hurt the Ghost Rider.

He doesn't have to. He can incapacitate her.

Getting frozen in a block of ice at 0 degrees Kelvin will do that to most beings.

^^^^^besides being able to freeze anything you know that since its snowing he can create avatars in the span on seconds(but since you read and know about him then you already know this, AND the fact that the avatars themselves can freeze things and turn their hands and body parts into weapons but again you know this already)


I told you I know these characters. This fight WONT be as easy as you think. You saw ghost rider and thought "oh penance stare and hell fire wins" but AOA Iceman is Uber powerful and hard to kill. also whats the point if the rest of the team is dead? lol

Yeah, this match is definitely Iceman vs Ghost Rider. Everyone else can't do diddly squat against Iceman. Magik looks too on paper, but I don't think she'd be more than a distraction for a serious Iceman. I guess the Lethal Justice gang can fight Blob?

Either way. I'm leaning towards Ghost Rider. But I can see Iceman taking it as well. It would require him to incapacitat GR (not an easy task), but it can be done.

AOA Iceman is very very powerful and in the set up it's snowing which makes matter worst. He doesnt even have to be around to make avatars and each one is an extention of him meaning he can speak through them and see through them and even freeze through each one. Now the fight will come down to finding the ORIGINAL one and even with that Ghost Rider is the one who is going to have to kill him with the penace stare or hell fire because while its snowing he can regenerate so cutting his head off or shattering him wont work.

The girls can win if X-23 finds the original through his scent and then send in Ghost Rider but trust me getting to him will be a issue. The Blob can be killed as well if you attack him in vulnerable places(mouth, eyes, ears)
