Use common sense for once. Which Batman franchise is it more likely I'm referring to, the 90s one, or the modern one that just finished?

Well considering that we are talking about the latest Bane, would it not make sense to use the same Joker from the same universe. You twit.
My point is that he just said "movie version", acting like Heath Ledger was the only one to portray the Joker on film.

Nolan has said in multiple interviews that he wanted to use Bane because he wanted a villain that was smart AND a physical threat to Batman. If anything, the Talia reveal served as a nice tie-in to Gail Simone's version of the character who became a surrogate father figure for Scandal Savage, who has similar father issues as Talia. It can be debated how much strategizing was done by Bane and how much by Talia, but that too kinda fits the character whose intelligence seems to be all over the map depending on who is depicting him. However, I don't see the argument that Bane was a mindless follower of Talia considering he was just about to kill Batman against her wishes right before his dissapointing death scene.
With all that said, I'm picking Bane, Although, I could see it go either way.
