Blackout and Blood were supposedly created by the same company and escaped at near identical dates so it was inevitable that they would meet eventually. Blackout was hired to assassinate Blood and Blood of course was fighting to save his own skin. The battleground is in the desert where there's no hiding, no other people just the desert and the combatants. There is no added bonus other than that a sandstorm is coming.
