Clark and Ben are placed in normal human bodies, say on par with whomever's powerless state is in better shape.

Who wins?

Grimm, almost easily. Long before he became the Thing, he was the brawny, athletic type.

The oaf is used to lumbering around in a misshapen heap of a body. Superman will beat him up, though Benjamin's dim-wittedness and oversized heart will make sure he stays in that steady state of semi-conscious he usually blunders around in longer than necessary, and he will sustain serious brain damage. To both brain cells. Eventually, he gets left in a dumpster, bloody, broken, beaten, and as ugly as ever. He'll later awaken getting pissed on by a bum that stole his clothes. Reed Richards eventually recovers him, and determines that the only way he's qoinq to survive the bum piss is by turning him back into the Thing and making him drink five gallons of bum piss every day.

What Season are we talking here?

Clark Kent from Season 8 and afterwards wipes the floor with Ben without powers in a normal human body. Clark has kryptonian training in combat, skills, knowledge, and more Jor El put him through that he would still retain that surpass Ben.

By the way Clark Kent has been put in this position before where he had to fight somebody without powers and he won. In Season 9 he defeated a Kryptonian warrior in the Phantom Zone where he had no powers for example in Gladiator type battle with weapons where the loser would die. Clark has also fought Green Arrow, soldiers, and defeated a Kryptonian assasin all when he was powerless. All of those battles were Clark as a normal human facing off against a opponent normal as well.

You're assuming that it's the Smallville versions of Clark Kent.

As Kain said, we need to know which version of Clark Kent we're dealing with here, before we can determine the outcome of the fight.
