The Lich King, from the World of Warcraft franchise

vs

The Witch King, from the Lord of the Rings franchise

They are fighting on top of a large mountain. To win one must kill or totally incapacitate the other. They are both at their most powerful, and both have their standard gear, swords, armor, etc, but no mounts. Neither knows anything about he other prior to the fight.

Opinions?

Good fight, the Witch-King wins this. The Morgul Blade will basically turn Arthas into his pawn, and any of the Lich King's weapons will simply crumble to dust upon contact with the Witch-King.
