Casey Jones was having a good night. He was cutting a bloody swathe through New York's underworld and was on a roll with no sighns of stopping.

A Latin Kings boss had reconsidered his tradition of slaughtering his enemies families when he watched his own son and right-hand man be beaten to death in front of him. He spent his last seconds preying for forgiveness. Casey scoffed at the hypocrscy.
A dealor by the name of Baby-O had made a killing out of using kids as middlemen between him and customers. He thought of himself as an entrepeneur and a wise guy. Four shattered limbs and a stern talking to later his little game was over. He cried enough to earn his name.
By chance Casey passed a would be arsonist about to torch a store over a matter of protection money. This especially pissed him off. The hood was now desperate to get the taste of blood and gasoline from his mouth and having the worst heartburn of his life.

All practice for his main goal of the night. Take out the Foot clans newest assasin. And he knew where he was going to be.
As Bullseye strolled out of the home of a captain for the ManFreddy family who had been uncoperative with the business proposals of his new employers, he wondered if intestines left a lasting odor on fabric.
His thoughts were interupted by a sudden impact to a tender area. Bullseye almost doubled over as casey emerged from the quiet Brooklyn corner.
"Hit men. You can anything to 'em and you don't feel nothin'. That is the real meaning of live by the sword die by the sword." Casey mocked, pointing his hockey stick at the suprised assasin.
Bullseye had heard of this disgruntled ex hockey player turned homicidal vigilante but never would have thought him crazy enough to challenge him, let alone by shooting a puck at crotch. "You just killed yourself buddy." Bullseye exclaimed knives appearing in his hands like magic.
Casey grinned through his mask at the sociopath and said "Gungala" before chargeing.

So both Casey and Bullseye are at 100% minus the effects of a puck to groin in Bullseyes case. Both have their usual gear. The fight is to the very bloody death. enjoy.

I think Casey's spree ends here. Bullseye could flick a dart into his eye through the mask's hole effortlessly.

Bullseye wins, seeing as he already has some gear to throw at Casey. If it was just a fist-fight then Bullseye would still win, due to his incredible martial arts skills, but not as easily. Cool fight, though.

Casey is fast enough to deflect projectiles from foot ninjas. as well as hold the own against several ninjas at once. i wouldnt count him out but i am unsure who is better.

Bullseye's aim and skill with projectile is far beyond anything Casey can eve n dream about doing, but he could put up a fight, if he keeps moving, and tries to get into a fist-fight.

Pretty good second set-up, Xenerack5, but some parts could've been cleaned up a bit ("ManFreddy"? I think you meant "Manfredi".).

As for the matchup, Casey will put up a good fight, but will eventually end up with a (possibly sharp) object thrown into some orifice of his for the kill.

Casey is good enough to put up a fight against Bullseye for a little bit. Although Bullseye wins the fight easily after that. Okay setup and needs alot of work. To be nice I'll give it a C.
