Read a book or comic book and take idea from that. Map out what you want to happen first, then expand it into more detail.
Say I want Batman and Wolverine to fight. I'd figure out what they were doing beforehand, how they meet, what they say or what happens so they start the battle and anything else that needs to occur such as repeat encounter or changes of location.
