They are fighting to the death in a car park in New York. They know nothing of each other prior to the fight. They can use their surroundings in any way they see fit, but neither will receive help of any kind.

After doing a quick Google search, I think that Adam would win. Ecliptor is physically superior but unless I'm mistaken is some kind of robot. One of Adams abilities is technopathy and this would allow him to simply shut him down.
