Nice idea chaditude. I do see the former villians teaming up to defeat Doom but in the setup it states that Doom can counter whatever tech they have.

Between the two of them I think that Megamind would win. Seeing as the freeze ray and dehydration ray would probably cancel each other out, it comes down to who's a better H2H fighter. And he has better combat tech.

I doubt it. Doom's above both in terms of intellect, resources and sheer power.

He's still far smarter than both of them, and even Doom's standard gear is above most other genius-level types.
