Hit-Girl has been trained thoroughly by her father. She has been trained to take a bullet (with a bullet-proof-vest on, of course), fight hand-to-hand, fight with both blunt and bladed weapons, and she has been taught about guns, inventors of guns, and even action movies and action movie stars. This is presumed to exist only for her training purposes, because she has not yet been seen using guns. The nature of Hit-Girl's training has made her particularly brutal and remorseless in combat.

Selina is a gifted and accomplished athlete, with heightened acrobatic prowess. Her feats have been so amazing, one could argue that her athletic ability is somewhat superhuman. She was trained by the Armless Master in martial arts and by Wildcat in boxing and street-fighting. She is a dangerous, clever and resourceful fighter, known for precise, agile attacks and speedy getaways. Her formidable hand-to-hand combat skills are augmented by her cat-like speed, reflexes, balance, and flexibility. Catwoman has also mastered Dragon Style Kung Fu and Karate. Her skills are good enough to where she has fought off Batman, wounded him, and occasionally defeated him (more than once).

These two heroic characters meet on a neutral battleground. Who would win?

That depends on wether my Universe Beta fights are considered canon.

If they are, Hit Girl stomps. She, in her time with the Venturers, has won against the likes of Darkseid, the Sentry, the Black Lanterns and Kang. Not to mention, on her own (or with Battle Girl) she has taken on the likes of Prometheus, Ra's Al Ghul, the Riddler, the Joker and Dracula. And she was pretty much the unnoficial leader of the Venturers.

However, if you are not taking my fights into account, then yes, Selina wins.

First of all, she was with the Venturers in her fights with Kang, Pennywise, Darkseid and the Black Lanterns. That's a team that consists of herself, G-Girl, Battle Girl, Sara Pezzini with the Witchblade, Static, Black Alice, Jennifer-Lynn Hayden as Green Lantern, post-Shippuden Sakura Haruno, post-Shippuden Hinata Hyuga, as well as several OCs, such as Giantess Cassie (who, as her name implies, can grow to giant size), Megasis (Cassie's sidekick who can also grow to giant size), Xegito (who can also grow to giant size, as well as copy the powers of her enemies and has a low-level healing factor) and Darklighter (the son of Vin Venture and Galen Marek, who has inherited the powers of both of his parents).

As for how she beat Prometheus, the Joker and Ra's Al Ghul...she's Hit Girl. She's awesome. Her body and mind have been trained to perfection, and she's an expert at coming up with plans on the fly. Though, to be fair, when she defeated the Riddler, she was with Battle Girl, who is Savage Dragon's daughter and who has superhuman strength.

And as for "what sense does that make"...what happened to the whole "Khazan" mythology? You know, that this is the center of the multiverse and all fights are considered canon?

Wrong.

No fights are considered canon, except when the creator of the fight is writing an arc that continues that story of the fights.

Yes.
I see what you're saying, but the arcs are only canon within themselves. That doesn't cross over to the main universes of the characters.

I reckon Catwoman wins this. If she can disarm Hit Girl before being gunned down, then she would win the following fist fight.

Ummmm is a little one sided. Catwomen is a theif whilw hit girl is a bipolor ten year old with acess to weapons. And kills everyone in the line of fire
