Amazingly, this has never been done on EF....I was shocked!!!

The world has been struck by extreme crisis. All of the powers of evil have somehow seemed to equip to their most powerful stages all at once. Villains one-by-one take their stabs at Earth's most reliable superheroes. The Avengers and X-Men have became aware of the seemingly, unstoppable forces of evil, but still have no choice but to attempt to over-throw their most feared villains.

While in the mist of the waging war between good vs. evil many evil-doers decide not to form alliances with one another and take matters into their own hands. Two of those villains happen to be one of the Avengers most feared villains and one of the X-Mens most feared villains. Ultron and Apocalypse!!

Unaware about one anothers plans they both proceed to act on the same doing. Taking over the world! Ultrons goal is to defeat the Avengers and to wipe out humankind and transform the world into life of his self-made robots while Apocalypse wants humans destroyed and the world ran by himself and his evil mutant horsemen acting on his usual plan "Survival of the Fittest". Both individuals will stop at nothing considering they are at their highest level of power and hungriest gain for more power.

While both starting their conquest the two wannabe conquerers come in contact with one another. They have never encountered one another before and immediately sense greed for power among one another!!!
.....words are spoken.

Apocalypse: This is my territory robot. Apocalypse will not be tested today. In fact, i will not be tested any day from now on. Not even by the X-Men! And Especially not by you. out of my----

Ultron interrupts....

Ultron: You have no say in what Ultron will conquer and what he will not. I'll make my way through you and any other interloper. Soon the Avengers will witness their downfall and bow to me. HAHAHA But before i attend to them it looks like i will start with you.

Good setup I'll give you a B. It reminds me of those classic Marvel premises which they use to do to setup crossovers between there characters. Apocalypse wins hands down at his most powerful.

Very tough fight. I have seen Ultron at his best do some amazing things. His control of technology might allow his to usurp command from Apocalypse over his devices. I'd have to think this one over.

Good setup but haven't got a clue on this one. I'm thinking Apocalypse but as LoneWolf has said, Ultron has some pretty good feats as well.

apocalypse wins he has ultron beat in everything and ultron can't take over apocalypse tec beccause apocalypse has tecnopathy also.

Ultron has been known to hack satellites that control weather, take over tony stark body, control all iron man suits, shut down shield. Start hacking all nuclear missiles, launch one, and all that while fighting enraged sentry.

All of what you mentioned doesn't prove Ultron could beat Apocalypse. Apocalypse has fought the Eternals, High Evolutionary, Nate Grey, and more. His own powers were risen due to Celestial technology he used as well and doen't get me started on the abilities he has. At 100% power Ultron doesn't stand a chance.

So what if Apocalypse fought those guys? It doesn't mean anything. Punisher has fought Sentry. That means just as much.

Well I listed them because they started listing Ultron's feats. The point being Apocalypse at 100% power is way too powerful for Ultron. Punisher avoiding Sentry in that issue was just funny actually.

I'll go with Ultron, but for some reason though i see the x-men and avengers showing up because of disturbances in the street or something and the two villains wreaking havoc on the heroes. lol

The only reason I listed Ultron's feats. Because most people would think he is severely underpowered to fight Apocalypse. Not to state a given win.

I think Apocalypse trumps Ultron. Not by a whole lot, but enough to win two out of three times.

Not too bad, BGJ, though I'm pretty sure Ultron, an artificial intelligence, wouldn't do the evil cackle thing.

As for the match, Ultron may be able to hack into and control many kinds of technology, but Celestial tech may be a little above his reach. That, and Ultron probably won't just have the complex tech to worry about; I think a portion of the powers of the Celestials themselves also flows through that tech.

So, all in all, Apocalypse takes this.

What an epic battle. I'm surprised this hasn't been done either. Originality gets you an A my friend.

As for the match, these two are so equally matched for vastly different reasons. Apocalypse has so many different powers, but Ultron is nearly impossible to kill. The robot mastermind can survive as long as there is any technology avalaible for him to transfer into. Add in his ability to replicate hundreds of copies of himself and his experience fighting stronger super teams, and Ultron is more than a match for Apocalypse.

Sadly, I still give this one to the Egyptian Darwinist. Apocalypse is pretty tough to kill as well, and his own advanced tech should be able to hold Ultron. So, using his crazy variety of powers he'll mow down the Ultron drones, then catch him in some of his Celestial tech. Apocalypse ftw.

MARVANOTE: Unless Ultron can hack that. In that case, Apocalypse is a bug and Ultron is the windshield.
