Imagine that you have found a genie. It doesn't have to have a home in the form of a lamp, but whatever form its abode has taken, you accidentally pop it open. Billowing smoke wafts through your house, coalescing into a short, pudgy man bedecked with Arabian clothes and jewelry. He offers you three wishes.

Be through intuition or some other means, you don't trust this genie. In fact, this may have just saved your life. It turns out that this genie has diabolical intentions at heart. His personality is an internet user's worst nightmare: He is the perfect troll personified, and he'll do anything he can to make your wishes and fantasies take shape into your worst nightmares.

But, as I said, you know this ahead of time. You've got a head start in this game.

Your challenge is to make a wish that will actually come out beneficial for you. How would you go about such a task?

If dealing with this trickster who will try and use any loophole to his advantage, how would you word your wish?

First I would wish for a better singing voice. I would say "YO GEANIE! I WISH I COULD SING EXACTLY LIKE PATRICK STUMP AND THAT MY ACTUAL VOICE WOULD STAY THE SAME AND NO FUNNY BUSINESS, GOT ME?!"
Then I'd for confidence, I'd tell that genie, "HEY YOU! I WISH I HAD MORE CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF, BUT NOT TO THE LEVEL THAT I'M AN ARROGANT BASTARD THAT NO ONE LIKES! I JUST WANT TO BE SURE OF MYSELF, BUT NOT TO THE POINT THAT I DON'T LISTEN TO OTHERS AND NEVER ADMIT I WAS WRONG!"
Then, finally, I'd ask for the virtue of dedication, I'd say, "Geanie, I wish I had the dedication to finish the tasks that I start. Make it so that when I start a job, I will always have the drive to see it through the end."
Thats what I really want...

You'd get screwed on that third one. I can think of at least 2 ways to turn that one around to make it bad for you, I'm sure the genie in question could think of more than that.

First wish: Genie, I want you to be an absolute slavish obsessive fan of mine who wants me to get my heart's desire through any means possible and who would do his utmost to prevent me from being unhappy, or coming to any harm or being stuck by any circumstances that I would not desire in this current, present state of mind.

Then I'd start wishing for superpowers etc..

Exactly why I did not wish for infinite wisdom and put it over 10 mins. Giving me enough time to make two more wishes. Which would be reactive adaptation and the ability to exist out side of creation. The first on gives me doomsday's power and the second one take away the weakness. Also giving me the ability to out live universes.

Honestly, shape-shifting is the only power I'd care to have. Outliving universes and stuff is just... too much.

On the list of most sought after powers super human intelligence, immortally and invulnerability near the top. So I went over bored because I wanted to see how a troll would mess that up.

I guess the Highlander immortality would be a pretty good power to have. I could stay young for as long as I wanted to, but the option to kill myself would still be there if I got sick of watching my family/friends die.
