You can find various recipes if you search for it on google. If you're going to mix it yourself from a recipe online, you're better off going with the vegetarian/vegan recipes. Primarily because 1. a lot of the 'standard' recipes are, to put it bluntly, friggin' disgusting. and 2. vegetarians/vegans generally put more thought into what they put in it, where others just put whatever they can think of that has the stuff they need in it(hence the disgusting recipes).

Really? That is pretty amazing. A lot of people use stuff like this. Go to Bodybuilding.com or whatever. It isn't necessary of course, to use ... but it helps a bit. Ever watch Hodge Twins videos? They are all about jack3d. It is decent but some ingredients might be harmful. I've been lifting since I was 14, so about 16 years and I will basically go through peaks and valleys.. get all built up and psyched to workout hard for a few months.. then I'll get bored once I plateau.. etc..
I've never heard of any of that stuff, and I've been weightlifting for like 3 years now.

Protein is not bad at all, no negative side effects as long as you don't over do it. Creatine will bulk you up fast, but can cause dehydration.. and you are basically just building water weight - ie non dense muscle.
Well, I mainly weightlift for football. My coach discourages any muscle enhancers or protein supplements or creatine, or whatever.

I hear water is pretty good.
You don't need any supplements. Your body provides what you need. People were working out with out the use of things like NOXplode for a long time.
