What had been only years seemed like an eternity to Jack. Ever since Aku had sent him to this strange, futuristic world he had been despereately trying to find a way home. Now he believed he had found the answer to his prayers. According to an old man there was a magic portal in the midst of this dangerous jungle. The old man offered no other information except that Aku knew nothing of it. Jack set out at once. For many days and nights he traveled battling many strange and powerful creatures all of which he was able to cut down with his sword. On the fifth night he saw the portal. His joy overcame him and he rushed towards it. However as he approached it he saw the old man from town waiting for him.

"You old man! What are you doing her?"
"I have been waiting for you Jack. I didn't think it would take you this long to make it. I assume you intend to use the portal."
"Yes. I must use it to return to the past and set right the evil Aku has unleashed."
"I expected as much. But be warned Jack: there is no certainty that this portal will take you where you want to go. It might even take you to a place stranger than this one."
"Regardless, I must take that chance."
The old man smiled a toothless smile and allowed Jack to use the portal. Jack stepped into it and immediately felt a strange sensation, similar to the one he felt when Aku sent him to the future.
When Jack awoke he was surrounded by lots of mountains and open fields. None of it looked familiar so Jack assumed it had not worked. Then he heard a loud roar and looked up. Before Jack could react a huge dragon was flying above him blowing out fire. Jack dodged it but most of his gi got burned. So Jack discared it and drew his sword. Before he had a chance though a new warrior had appeared and intstantly engaged the dragon. Within a few minutes the beast was dead.

"You, Warrior! I thank you for your aid in defeating this strange creature."
The warrior said nothing.
"Warrior? Can you hear me?"
Then the warrior drew his sword and took a fighting stance. "You do not familiar clothing. Where do you hail from?"
"I'm afraid I'm not from anywhere nearby."
The warrior paused for a few seconds than called back "Are you in league with Alduin?"
"What? I'm afraid I don't know who that is."
"Don't lie. I'm going to have to bring you to the Jarl for questioning."
Now Jack was getting a little angry. "I don't think so." Jack drew his sword and charged at the warrior who got his sword up just in time to block. They pushed back on each others blades until the warrior responed with a loud sound from his mouth that pushed Jack back a few feet. Jack caught the ground with his hands and regained his posture.

So to recap Dragonborn had his sword, a shield, only unrelenting force, a bow, and has magic fire. Jack has his sword, speed, and a bow of his own. This is NOT a battle to the death.

What level in Archery
and perks & what type of arrows?

What level in Block and perks?

What level in Destruction and perks?

But going with the information given I believe that Jack will win. He has superior sword-fighting skills, a better sword and is faster than the Dragonborn.
