I'll have to read over the other two before I weigh in on that one.

Second fight, I think MC wins. Supreme TK + the CS ability to affect things she can't see like organs and junk = Bonfire's lungs on display.

In a straight up fight, Bornhoft murders Wilhelm. No question..
Actually, he doesn't Pseudonym for the same reason Deo suggests. Commander is a valid power. Depending on the level, it means he has the ability to call in some form of help. Then has access to his other powers as well. Supreme means he's probably only calling in one at a time. Personally, I would've spared that power and used Creation since he created the team. For instance, in Marshell Percy's case, I used the same level Commander, but he's got several street level guys which works. But, Scream CAN call in somebody and then direct that person. Seeing as how his powers are set up, he'd have to be in ear range with that person. So, the question is can Bornhoft get around that person and get to him. Well, it's the Vegas Strip and Bornhoft has a very powerful car. Scream better hide quick or he and his co-hort will get ran over. I'll give a full analysis later.

MC would probably win. Holocene wins. Blue Jeans loses. Bonfire is a toss up. The Zone loses. Bronx Sniper is a toss up, but I'll go with no.
Bornhoft probably wins.

Oh and I take it back. Scream has long range on his commander. He can command over long ranges, so he can be hidden within the strip somewhere. Very strong advantage. I'm leaning Scream.

Trevor has a very good wide array of powers to work with. Energy dispersion and absorption, tactical skills and a kick ass ride. However, he lacks something very neccessary here - the ability to find Wilhelm Scream before he gets worn out by a team of Sin Eaters.
Looking at Wilhelm Scream, his Supreme Commander is saving his life. But at that level, he's only pulling one guy at a time at the most. I would've chosen Creation to say he created the team and then Power Manipulation to show that he manipulates the team he created. This coupled with tactician and detective would've made him a beast. However, he took Supreme Commander and that's going to get you a few street level guys that are loyal to you and perhaps one big Global. I'll say that since he took multi, he can pull another in after one goes down.
First things first, Wilhelm is a masterful mind, a brilliant detective and a ridiculous tactician. This guy is a freakin tactical genius. It's going to be all but impossible for Bornhoft to play that game of chess with Superior mind and standard tactician. He may outsmart the henchmen, but he may never find Wilhelm before those henchmen eventually wear him down one at a time. Even if he did find Wilhelm in, say, one of the hotels on the Strip, WIlhelm is so bright, he'd find a way to convince the security to try and kill Bornhoft. Regardless, Bornhoft has no way to get around the henchmen and find Wilhelm at the same time. If he had a decent detecting skill perhaps. Or like Greenwood, if he could turn into a swarm of bees, he could scatter in every direction and find the mastermind without having to get into it with the henchmen. Bornhoft is tough. Inside that vehicle which offers Supreme protection, he's going to take out a lot of Sin Eaters in a hit and run style fashion, but eventually somebody like the Zone is going to beat the daylights out of him before he gets close to Wilhelm. Winner: Wilhelm Scream
Bonfire vs. Midnight City
These two are very similiar, Bonfire is brilliantly creative with one of the most dangerous elements on the planet. Midnight City has superhuman fighting ability with (IMO) one of the best powers in the database. They are both utter masters in their fields.
With that said, Midnight kills Bonfire. Her hyper senses are useless. Seeing in the dark matters not when the guy you are fighting can keep it from every being dark. Both have the power to end this very quickly as neither have any real defense against the others powers. Perhaps Midnight City could use TK to deflect some of that heat, but with Bonfire's ability to manipulate it, he'd find a creative way around her offensive defense. Problem being, Bonfire's manipulation does not equate to fighting skill. Midnight City actually has Combat Supremacy with TK. That's ridonkulous! That means she's wielding one of the best powers with Masuta Tengoku effiency. Plus, little thing that people forget: stats. She's smarter. Brains + Combat Supremacy means she finds a way to KO Bonfire before he does. He might waste time talking trash or showing off, while she pulls his leg off and beats him with it. Winner: Midnight City

It wouldn't be a waste of points. It gives her some psychic weight. What makes you think she's intelligent?
Because that's what the mind stat represents, "Wisdom, Intelligence, Cunning" etc. 'Psychic weight' would be like force of will. Even if she doesn't explicitly talk like Stephen Fry, she's still smarter than average.
