Suppose the Xenomorphs are discovered like the Rachni were, and expanded across the galaxy. Could the Krogan push them back like they did with the Rachni, or are the Xenomorphs too strong?

Really easily? I mean, the Rachni were pretty good, but I think the Xenomorphs would easily be able to beat them. Also, most Krogan fight by rushing, and a lot of them use shotguns, so the blood might be a problem.

EDIT: I assume from the "Setup" we're talking about Pre-Genophage, when the Krogan fought the Rachni. Yeah, the Xenomorphs get slaughtered.

Yeah, it's pre-Genophage.

I agree that they could beat them out in the open easily, but I think they'd have difficulties getting in a killing the queens. They use mainly short-range weapons, and in an enclosed space the alien's blood would be pretty harmful.

It doesn't matter. Pre-Genophage Krogan are so ridiculously numerous that it wouldn't make a difference. You do realize the Krogan were winning against every other race in the galaxy combined Pre-Genophage right?

Krogan only charge when they go into blood rage, and when that happens, multiple Xenomorphs are going to get hand-shredded by one Krogan, acid or not. Plus, in the time the acid takes to get past armor and super-durable skin, the Krogan should be able to demolish a large amount of unfortunate Xenomorphs. Add into that that a significant percentage of Krogan are inherent biotics that could easily rip apart xenomorphs from a distance and you see why the Krogan win.
