In an enormous space station deep within the reaches of the Nexus of All Universes lies the lair of the recently-created League of Evil Twins. A team composed entirely of evil counterparts to heroic characters, summoned by the mistress of evil herself, Sailor Galaxia.
Thus, Sailor Galaxia adresses her team.
"My fellow evil twins, we stand at the brink of victory! Today is the most important day of your lives, for I have used my vast superpowers to capture and imprison our counterparts! In a few moments, I shall grant you what I know is your dearest wish: the opportunity to finally kill our counterparts once and for all! Revenge shall be ours!" says Sailor Galaxia
"You get we finally get to butcher those ninnies who around using our names? Awesome!" says Mirage Michelangelo
"I agree, I've been itching to disembowel those sellouts for al long time!" says Mirage Raphael
"And I get to finish my bussiness with that sissy nerd I met a long time ago. Count me in as well!" says Evil Vampire Xander
"While I can't deny that it will give me great pleasure to erradicate my alternate self, I wouldn't be so eager to acquise to your offer. A galactic conqueror of your magnitude would not have summoned us here merely so we can indulge in our fantasies of vengeance. Logically, there must be a grander scheme behind this gathering, a larger objective to reach." says Mirror Spock
"I think what brainiac here is trying to say that 'we kill our good counterparts' is not that big of a supervillain plan. Surely, a supervilainess as powerful and evil as yourself has a bigger plan in mind, So, spill the beans, toots: what is your REAL evil plan?" says Negaduck
"So glad you asked, Negaduck! THIS" says Sailor Galaxia as she holds a small pen-like device "is the Mephisto Device. With this invention, I can change the memories of anyone I choose in any universe I please! Once we've all killed our counterparts, we will go to each of our respective universes, and will change the memories of the residents of our respective universes, so they will remember US instead of THEM! Thus, having sucessfully replaced our counterparts, we will take over the omniverse! AHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!" says Sailor Galaxia
"Now THAT is what I call a supervillain plan!" says Negaduck
"A most fascinating proposal. Fanscinating, and enticing, to say the least." says Mirror Spock
"You mean...I get to win? After all these years, all that fighting, all those battles, I finally get to win the war? Say no more, Galaxia! I'm with you to the end!" says the Alice Impostor
"Woa, woa! Taking over the omniverse? You are standing to sound like the Shredder here! Look, we don't really give a rat's ass about our universe or any other universe, we just want to kill the sellouts! And as soon as we do that, we are out of here!" says Mirage Leonardo
"I agree, we just want to destroy the Powerpuff Girls! After that, you can keep the omniverse to yourself!" says Boomer
"Yeah, this whole 'taking over the omniverse' is a bit too much for a small time crook like me. But if i get to kill Toxie, I'm in!" says the Noxious Offender
"Well, I'd rather follow you than follow Ultraman any day of the week. Count me in as well." says Owlman
"You can count on us, too! We will triumph in the name of the United Alliance of Evil!" says Psycho Pink
"One team, one objective: till all are gone! The Shattered Autbots will claim what is rightfully theirs!" says Shattered Glass Optimus Prime
"Very well. The carnage will begin in a few moments. After that, whoever wants to take over the omniverse can remain with me, and whoever wants to leave, leaves. It's your choice." says Sailor Galaxia

"Great. No weak spots, massively powerful and massive intelligent robot guard, no luch hours, no way to contact the Justice League. I guess I'll have to wait till they release us to make my move." says Batman
"Fascinating. An unknown humanoid lifeform resembling an Earth duck. May I inquire you what's your name and your planet of origin?" says Spock
"I am the terror that flaps in the night! The pouches on your belt! The huge shoulder pads on your costume! The spine that is bent at an impossible angle! I AM DARKWING DUCK!...and I'm not an alien. I come from Earth, or at least I think I do." says Darkwing Duck
"Well, *I* am actually an alien. I'm Andros from planet KO-35. I work for Nasada, and I'm the leader of the Space Power Rangers." says Andros
"And I am Optimus Prime from planet Cybertron, leader of the Autobots. I offer you my hand in friendship." says Optimus Prime
"You know, you two are very similar, almost like you are a duck version of him." says Sailor Moon, pointing to Batman and Darkwing
"Yeah...I don't think so." says Batman
"I don't know, you seem to be alright to me. After this is over, we could be partners!" says Darkwing

"Leonardo? You look...different. In fact, all four of you look at lot different from the last we met. What happened to you?" says TJ

"You look a lot different too, Batman! Like, more serious, edgier, more determined. I like it!" says Buttercup
"I think you got me mistaken from someone else. I never met you, either. And trust me, I would remember someone like you." says Batman
"You are not supposed to be even real! You are just a character from comics!" says Xander
"And you, Spock, you are just supposed to be a character from a TV Show!" says 2003 Donatello
"Well, when we are on the subject, aren't you supposed to be just a literary character?" says Batman to the One True Alice
"I don't know, am I? I'm not in Wonderland anymore, but I'm not really sure where I am. Is this Hollow Bastion? Maybe Sora, Donald and Goofy can come rescue us. Do any of you have a Keyblade?" says the One True Alice
"What the hell is a Keyblade?" says Batman
"Is it like the Autobot Matrix in any way?" says Optimus Prime
"I have a Moon Tiara, a Moon Scepter and several other special weapons, but I don't think I have a Keyblade, whatever it is." says Sailor Moon
"I have a Battlizer. Would that help?" says Andros
"Interesting. It seems that whoever abducted all of us has the ability to travel between parallel universes. It seems that we all come from different universes, and the literary agent hypothesis causes some of us to be fictional in alternate universe while being real on our home universes. If I may be so bold to haphard a conclusion, I theorize that we all been abducted by someone or someones who hold a grudge toward all of us present here." says Spock
"I only understood half of what you said, but I know this: I sense the presence of evil in this place. Whoever kidnapped us doesn't have good intentions in mind." says the Toxic Avenger
"Yeah, but who could that be?" says Darkwing
The doors to the prison cell open.

Thus , the Fury (you know, the killer robot from Marvel Comics) leads the heroes out of their cell and into a large room resembling a gladiatorial arena. The lights are out. Darkwing and Batman both think about taking advantage of this, but before anyone can do anything, the lights turn on, revealing the League of Evil Twins.
"Negaduck! I knew it! Only a villain as evil and cunning as you could come up with something like this!" says Darkwing Duck
"Oh, but this time, I have found myself better allies than the Fearsome Five! And when I'm done with you, we are gonna use Saint Canard as our personal playground!" says Negaduck
"Owlman...out of all of my enemies, why did it have to be you?" says Batman
"Well, hello, Bruce. It's nice to see you again. I have to say, I've been waiting for this for a long time. I will enjoy peeling the flesh from your bones." says Owlman

"Does your depravity know no end, Impostor? It's not enough that you keep trying to replace me and kill my friends from Wonderland, now you bring harm to other heroes, innocent who have caused you no harm?" says the One True Alice
"I care nothing for the fate of those who surround you. I merely wish to put at end to our war, right here, right now. And if I have to ally myself with the worst villains in the omniverse, so be it!" says the Alice Impostor

"I knew you guys were evil from the first time we met! When the Technodrome attacked your universe, you just stood there and did nothing! You would have let the Utrom Shredder destroy the multiverse if we never showed up!" says 2003 Leonardo
"Look what we have here, boys! It's the tiny little pussies! Oh, I'm gonna enjoy turning you into a bloody smear!" says Brick
"The Rowdyruff Boys! Of course! Who else would wish us so much harm?" says Blossom
"Uh, Mojo Jojo or Princess Morebucks or Him or Sedusa or the Evil Cat or..." says Bubbles
"Enough talk! Let's get right down to bussiness!" says Buttercup

"Not if I can help it! As long as we stand, as long as we have a pulse in our bodies, evil shall never triumph! I AM SAILOR MOON, AND I WILL PUNISH YOU IN THE NAME OF THE MOON!" says Sailor Moon

Team 2 would win, because most of that team are just borderline psycho, but not necesarily evil (The Mirage Turtles' methods are a lot more violent than the 2003 Turtles, but are still the main heroes of their universe.)

I see EVERYONE on Team 2 as evil, even the Mirage Turtles and the Alice Impostor.
In fact, in my headcanon, the One True Alice and the Alice Impostor are bitter enemies, with the Alice Impostor trying to replace the One True Alice, ruin the One True Alice's reputation and kill all of the One True Alice's friend from Wonderland.

Yes. I agree that team 2 is made up of evil characters, and that I think that team 1 would win. Batman would take down owlman, then help sailor moon destroy sailor galaxia. Then it would be 3 on 1, and team 1 would be victorious.

Please read the full setup. There are more characters in this fight than the ones you mentioned.
