Carnage: hey! what was that for?
Juggernaut: I am juggernaut! I want to see how strong you are to see if you can join my team
Carnage: *laughs* yeah right! thanks but no thanks pal, although killing you might be fun
Juggernaut smashes into carange and carnage crashes through 4 buildings. Juggernaut turns and starts walking when he is smashed into the ground by the same van he threw earlier.
Carnage: how do you like it! *laughs*
Juggernaut: you just made a big mistake!
Carnage: oh no! the jug head's gonna get me *laughs*
Juggernaut punches but misses and carnage kicks him into a mall. Carnage tackles juggernaut and they fall from the second floor. Juggernaut kicks carnage into a radioshack and charges. Carnage steps aside and juggernaut smashes through a wall.
Carnage: and don't let the door hit you on the way out! *laughs*

Juggernaut OWNS.... and being hit by a van wouldnt "Knock him to the ground". In fact it wouldnt even phase him.
the weight would make his maybe step back or lean a bit though although he wouldn't be smeared of course not, anyways in this case it's ULTIMATE CARNAGE so carnage has a chance, not a big one but at least he has one

Ultimate characters are usually weaker than the normal character. Theyre more loosely based on the movie versions and the word "Ultimate" is just the name of the Series. To seperate it from 616. Still, Juggernaut OWNS.
whatever you say it's your choice is it not

Could you imagine a "Juggage" hybrid? That would be interesting. Weve seen what it has done for Kassidy who was a normal man. If it supped up The Juggernaut, he could be a heavy hitter.Cain brings the pain to Carnage...unless it tries to bond with Marko.

I don't see why you think this is a guaranteed victory for Juggs. Carnage is an insane version of Venom and I really don't think you can just wave him aside like that. I say after a long, brutal, extremely distructive fight, Carnage Wins
Carnage is maybe a max 85-tonner in strength. How exactly is he going to hurt Juggernaut, a being that's just about completely invulnerable to physical damage and doesn't need to eat or sleep?

Juggy owns him with ease. Being an insane Venom dont mean crap against the Juggernaut.
without the symbiote he was a serial killer in the first place

No, he really doesn't. The Ruby of Cyttorak (the gem that gives Cain his powers) completely sustains him.
