Another match bug?

It appears that matches post themselves as soon as the characters are chosen, before a user can even write out or even copy/paste the scenario.

That's gonna hurt a lot of FPAs...

Not quite what I mean. You see a match posted that interests you, you go look at it. If no set-up is present, you'll say, "what the *vulgarity*?," rate it It's Bad, and move on. Once you've rated it, you can't change your rating, I don't believe. You get the message "You've already voted on this match," if you try. And how is one to know the person that posted the match is going to come back and edit a set-up in? Just sayin', I think match FPAs will be affected by this.Only those too lazy to edit.

That may still confuse some users. Maybe matches could activate the same way as forum topics and not open until the topic opener (a.k.a. match scenario) is posted by the matchmaker?

I'm able to vote and rate everytime I look at a match. That may explain the sudden jump in scores after the fight is over. It used to be stuff like 3-5 and not its 15-22.
Actually, the increased final vote totals are more likely due to the fact that "guests" can now vote (but not rate).

I kind of don't take the Votes on characters as seriously as the rating

Gee I'm pretty sure you can only vote once on a match if you are logged in and once on a match if you are logged out. Maybe more if you are logged out.

I just went and tried it out on my own match. I was able to vote for one side while offline and the other while online, and never received an error message. Not that I ever really cared much about a match's final vote, either (unless the totals were really weird).
