Tournament - interest thread

This thread is primarily to see how many people are interested, if there are enough people(minimum 8) then I'll put up a sign-up thread where people can post their team information.
The Tournament:
Each participant will have a team of 5 characters.
No Cosmics
No Matter Manipulators, Reality Manipulators or Probability Manipulators.
No dedicated Magic Users(i.e. magic as their primary ability. Someone like Dr. Strange or Dr. Doom is not allowed, someone like Thor would be allowed if he wasn't covered by the other rules).
All characters on your team must be from the same company/multiverse.
All matches(debates) have a max cap of 10 pages. After 10 pages the debate is over and a winner will be decided.
If there is any doubt(that cannot be resolved by providing evidence in the form of screenshots or scans), than I will make an executive decision.
If asked to provide a screenshot/scan, you have 48 hours to do so, otherwise the point is conceded.
I will not be participating in the tournament itself, but the winner of the tournament will finish the whole thing off, by going up against my team(my team is already created, but will not be revealed until the end of the tournament).
If there are any questions, then simply post them here and I'll do my best to answer them.
Note: My team is a pure Marvel team.

When/if at least 8 people post here, I'll create a sign-up thread, that thread will be where you post your team information.
Right now 6 people have posted, so we need at least 2 more.

I'm in (all the while thinking how hard could this be) *walks into hell*
Does anti matter manipulation count?
Yes, Anti-Matter Manipulation counts as Matter Manipulation. But if you're thinking about Blue Marvel, he's allowed, since he isn't actually capable of Anti-Matter Manipulation, he's capable of Anti-Matter Energy Manipulation. I.e. he doesn't actually manipulate anti-matter, what he uses is basically anti-energy. It's the same thing that gives him his strength(Anti-Matter Energy Absorption). It would be like Superman being able to manipulate Yellow Sunlight.

That said
I hope this is allowed. My team seems superior. Can we mix good and bad guys?
Superboy-Prime
Cyborg Superman
Sinestro-with yellow ring
Martian Manhunter
Ion-Sodam Yat
I feel this meets the requirements. Let me know.
Ion is not allowed, since he is a reality warper. But Sodom Yat with a GL Power Ring would be allowed. Other than that, your team looks good.

The Power Rings aren't really capable of manipulating matter as such. They are only capable of making minor molecular changes to things that the wearer is carrying. Which, imo, doesn't constitute as Matter Manipulation.
They are capable of manipulating Matter by proxy, through their ability to manipulate the electro-magnetic spectrum and Gravity. But if that needed to be removed as well, then we would need to rearrange the rules quite a bit. Besides, manipulating matter through manipulating the EM-Spectrum/Gravity/Strong and Weak forces, requires a large amount of both skill and knowledge, which is why that is allowed.
While actual Matter Manipulators, can do it just by instinct, without any need for any real knowledge or skill.
I hope my answer here makes sense.
